This isn´t the whole vid/original. in the whole vid you see that the old man at 0:20 is standing in a park and have a flashback because it was him that caused the accident buy overspeeding in the silver car and in the end the old man and the woman in wheelchair (victim)i looking on eachother.. But good message everyone should notice the consevens of speeding.
