Just wanted to hear your opinion on a 3day split for an 18 year old? Mon - chest, shoulder, triceps Wed - legs Fri - back/biceps.
What do you think? Is fullbody more recommended for young people? Or do you think I should keep using this...Kinda unsure whats most effective, I feel like this split maybe gives too little frequency, but i'm not sure. Goal is building muscle.
@alekzander93 My routine is Mon - Back,Biceps, Legs; Wed- Chest, Triceps, Shoulders; Fri- Back, Biceps, Legs; Following Mon - Chest, Triceps, Shoulders. That has you hitting each muscle 3 times every 2 weeks.
So what do you think for doing 21s for a warm up routine? I have never done this before my gym has one of these in there so Im gonna try this out this week

You definately know how to grab people's attention! First workout video you post is biceps, probably the one muscle guys care about the most. I could learn a lot from you, great stuff my man :)
I gotta figure out how I can do this at home. I preacher curl on my stability ball so I don't have a traditional bench. Going to work on this. I like how you take the time to explain specific things without overloading us with info. Great video!

hold it for 2 seconds at the top, hold it for 2 seconds at the bottom, emphsize negative 4 seconds....
