no im jk, the trick is to use a twist off cap, not a pry off. then its just a matter of getting how hard to press your arm on the cap, if you type "how to open a bottle with your" a drop down will come up with all kinds of tricks like a piece of paper, a table, your eye socket (ouch) and of course, your arm
