  • Hi Angela-

I just wanted to let you know that you were one of my inspirations for becoming vegan. My fam and I have been vegan for almost 3 months now and we love it. Also, I made a variation of this recipe today for luch and it was fab. You truly can use what's in your pantry. I think this is a great recipe. Thanks again. You truly are an amazing individual. Be blessed.

  • @JessicaDee1987 Wow, thanks so much, I will definitely keep posting vegan recipe videos!

  • I'm definitely trying this!!!! I need to get my moms bean burger recipe cause watching this video reminded me of the super delicious bean biter that my mom used to make and her homemade sauce to go w/ them.

  • @tyi3284 yumm, homemade sauce, when you find out the recipe I'd be interested to know.

  • This is AWESOME! Please share more like this... Love your channel!... Thanks! :)

  • @Cynimon1 Thanks for the encouragement, I definitely will!

  • Wats in ur sons cup? Hope its not coke haha x

  • @TreezaTreez its not the brand Coke, but it is a sugary sweet carbonated beverage. Where I'm from we call ALL sodas "Coke", but not sure if thats what your were asking. Its an all- natural brand like Hansen's if that makes it any better, lol. Anyway, I let him have a little from time to time....

  • i love how simple u make these recipes i recently went vegetarian and im kinda having trouble looking for good simple easy to make recipes but since youve been doing more vegan recipe videos i have more ideas to try thanx and keep up the vegan recipe videos!

  • @myssreceb yes I definitely will!

  • gosh, this looks really good, i am going to make it today, i was looking for something to cook, i usually make curry veggie burgers and that's what i was going to make today, but i am changing my plans. i often boil a couple of potatoes and mash them into the veggies to give them some body so the patties are easier to shape, so i might do that with the beans too. you mince like a pro

  • @louloumatou The trick to mincing like a pro is a REALLY sharp knife, I had a cheap one professionally sharpened 4 years ago and it still slices through everything like butter! In fact a sharp knife is on the top of my list of tools that are absolutely mandatory in the kitchen!

  • @arcamp83 you have convinced me to finally buy that knife sharpener that's always in my "save for later" list at amazon, i hate my blunt knives!!

  • Yummy!!!Looks good!

  • Black bean burgers are delicious; looks like a good recipe with the pecans. I also like quinoa burgers with cumin and mushrooms :)

  • @1ballerina I LOVE mushrooms, I am definitely going to work those into my burger recipe next time, and quinoa is so great, its one of the few whole grains that doesn't require soaking or cooking for very long so its my last minute meal go-to.

  • @arcamp83 So true, I just rinse the quinoa and and cook in a rice cooker :) I feel you on the mushrooms, they are so amazing!

  • I'm going to try this! Thanks for the recipe.

  • Btw I love your vids ;)

  • 1 tbs of ground flax seed mixed in 3 tbs of warm water also makes a great egg replacement. Also great for baking. The burgers look great I make a similar one but add quinoa and carrots it's a heartier that way and cooking em in a cast iron pot gives them a nice smokey flavor

  • @QueenSeduire I've heard that before about flax seed used as an egg replacer, I'm going to have to do some experimenting. I have tried it before, but it was a while ago and I can't remember the outcome... I have A LOT of cast iron cookware, but am so lazy about pulling it out:( Its HEAVY. I keep a little 8" skillet on the stove-top but rarely use it for anything but toasting nuts. I should have pulled out my big one for those fries....

  • this looks so good have you ever tried making home made fries with red potatoes just put a little olive oil garlic powder and your seasoning and put in the oven for 20 minutes

  • @motisola2 YES, thats one of my favorite ways to eat red potatoes!

  • Yummy!!! I'm gonna try this tomorrow night since i have all the ingredients in my cabinet ...thanks for the recipe!! :)

  • the bean burger i would love to try..high in protein and flavor..:)

  • thank you so much for showing looks good!
