What's up with the jerky camera movements on the last part of the video though ? It kind of took away from the tranquil view, just a little.

I've been to The Vancouver area three times so far but I never get enough of it. I plan on making my fourth trip next summer.

@TheUnchainedMind We are saving up for a good monopod to take hiking. That means we didn't have one on this trip :) So we had a few shaky spots with handholding the camera. We tried to work those shots into the video as special cutaways by syncing them with music, but the effect wasn't obvious enough. So it was kind of intentional editing, but we'll do a better job next time.

Thanks a lot. I lived in Crescent Beach three years as a child and then in Richmond with my husband and son. My husband and I used to run on the dike and we would fast walk from Richmond to Horsehoe Bay and then change into dress clothes and go to a lovely restaurant and then catch a bus home. We have very wonderful memories.

@racy65 wow it's a very very long walk from richmond to horseshoe bay! sounds like some really good times. glad that you enjoyed the video. we have tons more footage from richmond that haven't been edited yet, including the richmond dike, yvr plane spotting, iona beach, etc. so there's a lot to come.
