Pretty well sums it up. To the thinking man it should be obvious that if men are capable of believing different certainties, then one version alone cannot be relied upon to provide absolute truth; if fact, there is no requirement for any of them to do so. Religion IS bollocks, but at the same time I wouldn't force my beliefs on anybody else, so feel free to think what you like.

Human is human. Believer or not, we all show the same symptoms that this video highlights. Atheism is every bit as much of a religion as Catholicism. It's just a set of beliefs based on the nonexistence of a god.

The way I see it, religion is about love. It's just not something that gets communicated. So... to quote the Christians, hate the sin, not the sinners. : )

By your logic, doctors are religious about saving and curing people, pilots are religious about flying airplanes, farmers are religious about growing food, astronomers are religious about stargazing, you get my point. thank you, I've always said that. If God created man, and man in born into "sin" and "sin"ful by nature, what does that say about god? There is good and evil in the world yes, but sin... just a another talking point to control people.

'Sin' just means disobedience to a god. It seems to have nothing to with our intentions or with the positive or negative consequences of our actions. There seems to be no way to reconcile it with secular morality. For example God calls on Abraham to sacrifice his only son to test his faith. To an atheist it is highly immoral to kill your children, but to a believer the only sin is to disobey what you think your god is telling you to do.
