Waste of time for all that training. Warrior Airmen my ass. I've been AD USAF for 4 years and have done nothing more than boring, remedial clerical work (and no, that's not my AFSC). And I hope that body armor on those dummies has been DRMO'd so I know it shouldn't be in the hands of real warriors actually fighting downrange...don't know why dummies need armor.

That was my SON that's been through basic; I only experienced it through him, and from that perspective, it's life-changing and for the better. Your friends and relatives / parents / siblings will be amazed when they next see you after you go to training.

I take it you have been through basic. Some people tell me its horrible and some tell me its fun, so im gonna go in expecting the worse, I think that is the safest thing to do Lol. How was your experience?

it was hard but worth it. u get yelled at, punished alot more than these videos care to show. but it was probably the greatest time of my life. the first week was scary, but afetr that u kind of feel like your instructor is a parent and u get more annoyed at people in your flight than the ti yellin at u
