In their 777 the only problem was if the person in front leaned back you couldn't see the tv screen that well... otherwise great airline

In fact, KLM is a gret airline company. When i went to Amsterdam my option was KLM and i was very satisfield wiht their service!!!

The real reason of delay was computer crash in Amsterdam airport so they had to make everythink manually.

I was talking with flight attentant about that, he said that is not have any influence on aircraft systems, it's only for my own safety so I do it for on my own responsibility
