It's simple.. Neither of the games are the best video games ever. In fact, they're both far from it. But CoD is the same, with a few perks and customization boost.. While Battlefield 3 took a huge leap from BC2 and MoH. The maps are big and fun in BF, and in CoD.. they're small and not that interesting (maybe two good maps in the game?).. And battlefield is teamwork to do an objective, where as CoD is.. running and shooting.

@ccaian1 there is always a good sense of teamwork in BF3... without it, your team will lose the match.. you can't just go berserk and run and gun in BF3... the enemies team will easily catch you considering you have to go against infantry, stationery weapons, tanks, transport vehicles, jeeps, boats, amphibious tanks, helicopters, jets... also considering the battlefield has a lot of destructibility (even in the same map) that every round needs different techniques...
Also battlefield is starting to follow call of duty and make games every year.
Bad company 2 counts cause its similar to battlefield 3, which is why I said it SUCKS. I hate the engine, guns don't the same impact or control that battlefield 2 guns had. We will see if MW3 can pull off a NEW game. From what ive seen, BF3 looks better than previous versions, and CoD looks.... the same... call of duty definetley better than battlefield 3, better graphics in BF3 but its way to shaky and the weapons have tons of recoil, but MW3 has better gameplay, no too shaky cameras and much better game modes. i think call of duty won there. better luck next time EA :)

Let me settle this arguement bf3 and mw3 can't compete with each other since both games are centered around something different cod = good story (cinematics make it look better even though you can actually control your character its just a movie) graphics, run around shooting shit bf3 = baseline story, vehicles expand gameplay, good graphics but this game is more centered around gameplay seeing that a whole new engine was made and call of duty used the same one

Ok, I am 18 years old just started playing video games 2 years ago purchased battlefiled 3 and bought mw3. MW3 has a better campaign but I feel it has not improved at all. Battlefield 3, I see SO much change between battlefield 2 and 3. Also the graphics are amazing in BF3. just saying

@ccaian1 No I'm not, because I know there's key differences between Battlefield 2 and 3. (I don't even count Bad Company 1 or 2 as a Battlefield game.) And how is it not realistic? Yeah bullet drop and destruction doesn't happen in real life. Sniping in real life is like in CoD, where all you have to do is drag your scope and the bullet will magically follow it! Call of Duty will eventually fail, why? Because Activision is greedy. They keep making a new game every year. It's like guitar hero.

@ccaian1 BC1 and BC2 were spin-offs off of Battlefield 2, to keep people happy while they worked on their actual sequel. And why do kids run around spraying? Because Battlefield got overly hyped up and all the little 12 year olds from CoD flocked to this. You said you played BF2, how many kids did you see spraying? And will you quit saying I'm brainwashed, are you just stupid? I bought BF3 because it was the true sequel to BF2, and I really enjoy the gameplay and the frosbite 2 engine.

@ccaian1 there is always a good sense of teamwork in BF3... without it, your team will lose the match.. you can't just go berserk and run and gun in BF3... the enemies team will easily catch you considering you have to go against infantry, stationery weapons, tanks, transport vehicles, jeeps, boats, amphibious tanks, helicopters, jets... also considering the battlefield has a lot of destructibility (even in the same map) that every round needs different techniques...

Bad company 2 counts cause its similar to battlefield 3, which is why I said it SUCKS. I hate the engine, guns don't the same impact or control that battlefield 2 guns had. We will see if MW3 can pull off a NEW game. From what ive seen, BF3 looks better than previous versions, and CoD looks.... the same... Ive never been a fan of CoD because everytime i play it, i watch a kill cam where I died and the dude "hit" me while aiming 4 ft to my left... I cant stand the quickscoping and trickshotting nonsense. I hope bf3 doesnt have these types of players which is why that game is next on my list... after skyrim. COD needs to make a new game not add a survival mode...
