WORST EXPERIENCE is hindi sinabihan mga pasahero ahead of time ng problema....second inag hintay sa pila ng 6 hours mga pasahero na hindi pa nage breakfast at lunch nothing was given... tickets were downgraded to turboprop...By the way, naka sakay ka na ba ng eroplano at di mo alam ang good experience ng pag sakay ng eroplano?

AIRBUS/BOEING is expensive and gives you comfort when flying and has quite engines.. TURBOPROP is less expensive,noisy and not that comfy... shouldn't you be mad when your ticket is downgraded to TURBOPROP when you booked for AIRBUS??.. HELLO!
YEAH if i were booked on an airbus flight and I tooke my on a turboprop craft then I would be dissapointed. By the way, I guess Zest Air would be a good airline to fly with.

3.) Passengers were standing in line ready to check in their luggages for 6 hours skipping their breakfast and lunch.
4.) Passengers were booked on an Airbus but were flown via turboprop.

It's funny how you guys complain about this airline when you also complain about cebu pacific. I think you should watch the video clips of Cebu complaint lol. Makes me laugh when you guys complain cuz it ain't going no where. All they want is FREE TRIPS AND REFUNDS after that they happy hahaha.. They say customer is always right in reality " THEY NOT RIGHT". If you catch my drift just saying.
Just fly with Philippine Airlines next time... If you want budget to go with flashes Economy class would do greatly... in seat videos, A ton of albums for music just browse the touch screen in seat video... and there are also games! game controller is found under the remote found in the left arm rest... PAL staff and crews are very professional and they're still serving snacks and doesn't make you pay for your baggage and you have 20KG of allocated check-in baggage allowance...
airphil express gives good quality in flying and it is a rising company. I hope you'll know how dangerous are the other budget airlines than airphil express. you can't see how tricky they are.

By the way, no offense but PAL should stop AIRPHILEXPRESS business if they cannot cope up with the demands and standards of a good budget airlines! We have enough budget airlines from Zest Air, SEAIR, to CEBU PACIFIC! What we need is for these airlines to get more fleets to service the Filipinos!

I think they are now re-branding themselves as a budget airlines, because of present competition yet targeting the socialites... Filipinos like to complain a lot. Whenever you ride an airplane, expect that there could be a delay or cancel flights etc. That just shows that they probably don't ride the airplane a lot.

i have no choice but i talked with them to get on the next flight and I insist at ang nakakairitang sinabi sa akin ulit baka di ako nagcheck ng email... WTF! even though nagsend sila ng email sana they should call still yung passengers ahead of time para di hassle sa client. That's it! First time ko sumakay ng AirPhil at that time di pa naging okay ang impression sa service nila. Tsk... tsk...
Just like to share my experience with AirPhil. I had a flight schedule from Manila to Cebu around 7:35am. I left at our house early to anticipate ko yung oras at di ako maghabol sa oras. I was on the airport around 5am. I went to the check-in booth and suprisingly yung flight number walang nakapost so I asked from their staff at sinabi na nakaalis na yung plane kasi nareschedule yung oras. They said na nagpost sila ng email?! or they don't even notify thru call.... to be cont'd
It has to do with explanation to the management why this things happened in terms of cancelling and rescheduling of flights. And you can't even blame the passengers to react a such in this particular scenario. But the least thing that AirPhil Management should do is have accommodate all the stranded passengers and in a manner to pacify the situation.

choosing a low cost airline to travel should not mean that customers get unprofessional service. What I saw from this video is the unprofessionalism of airphilexpress ground staffs dealing with canceled flights. Least these airphilexpress can do is to deal with their customers professional manners and real time flight status.
Also,airphilexpress did not give out food or food to their passengers who waited for 5 hours at the airport and skipped their breakfast and lunch.Ganyan katindi sila!
thats what we get from low-cost airlines. A LOW COST SERVICE. Even baggage they are very strict. Especially Cebu Pacifics GO LITE which was my worst experience with Cebu Pacific. But still i choose Cebu Pacific because of Their in flight goodies :D. PAL is also good. :D

@AngeloTime video says the chaos started when airphilexpress canceled flights without informing the passengers. They waited in lines for 3 hours only to find out flights were canceled and airbus tickets were downgraded to propeller engine small planes. Also, staffs were allegedly discourteous to the helpless passengers.
