This information was great. You saved me a lot of time by giving me the plain facts and info I needed. I managed then to walk my client through it over the phone without even having an iPad in front of me. Also, it's the first time the free vs pay mobileme was explained. I needed the locate, lock, wipe and they are all free and use your existing itunes account stuff.
