  • Great vid. Keep up the good work and teaching.

  • The "Heads, shoulders, knees and toes," bit is my fav, but it's all most excellently random.

Was the "You Can't Touch This," a subtle nod to your creative prowess? Lol!

Awesome way to teach! If I could, I'd buy you a drink. You are weird and brave! =]

  • Roflmfaobbq? xD funny as hell and sooo cute!~

  • Yes, please continue to share. I loved this!!

Ok - what kid WOULDN'T be petrified of singing and dancing in front of oodles and oodles of parents?!?? But terror aside, this is just too cute for words. There's one little girl just past center-right who is showing she's got a little rhythm in her bones! She is trying to work it but the others are throwing her off *LOL*

  • lmao

  • LAWL!!!!!!!

  • i know someone teaches English through singing

  • to respond to your question next to the video.. does the school allows you to show the video's online? Because a lot of these expensive schools do not allow this. Because of the privacy of the children. But hey im 17 .. what do i know xD Just saying. ask the school first. then.. YEAH PUT IT ON HERE! :D

  • Yep. The school loves all the publicity it can get. It's a private business, not a school, so it's isn't governed by Education Taiwan. Plus Taiwan's privacy and child protection laws are primitive and not enforced.

  • lucky you! :P

Im working on an international school but i mean.. were not aloud to take picture's at all. (the school is in The Netherlands)

  • das video ist super

die kinder haben ihr bestes gegeben, aufregung war sicherlich auch mit dabei :))))

    *GREAT

  • Cool but I expected some dancing. :)

  • Priceless. Adorable.

  • i fell from my chair laughing.

  • this is amazing. a billion stars.

  • jajajajajajajajajajajajajajaja

  • lllllllllllooooooooooooooollllllllllll

  • do it again, do it again!!

  • Pretty cool

  • this is so funny and cute at the same time

  • the cutest

  • o i love the bains family concerts

  • that's adorable, particularly the head bobbing in unison

I wonder if there's a bit of a culture class going on, they seem to prefer the stance of "hands behind your back, head canted downward" like proper little children. They're not gleefully throwing themselves in to it.

Perhaps because the parents are there? Maybe they are trying to be polite and proper? Is this really working for them?

Maybe try something a little different.

  • cant touch this! ( cnitoo jeesee ) juas!!

  • jajaja que ricos los cabros chicos.

Super dulce ver a los japonesitos.

    "Cant...what?"

    Bueno.

  • hahaha. this is the greatest thing i've ever seen.

  • Very sweet and curious video. :-)

tchan chouch is (can't touch this) :-)

They're very young and it's good that they learn english.

    5 stars

  • aww... :)

  • lol, that was great. I used to teach in Japan at a jr. high school. I had my kids do the beats for We Will Rock You, and we sang it in class. You could give it a shot. It was a lot of fun.

  • Cae tae et, cae tae et :D

Cute & Funny as hell :D thx for sharing

  • That is so cute. I particularly like the 'break it down' part..LOL!

  • Give us back our spyplane!

  • The parents sounded happy. That's cool. Some parents I know would have been a little bitchy about kids spending classtime on stuff like that, but if it makes the actual English class fun, then it's an immense help!

  • Oh come on now. If that didn't make you smile, you need to get your heart checked--it may be stone.

  • Haha, fun. It would be great to see them do Prince's "Little Red Corvette" or maybe "1999"

Or the Ramones, "Sheena is a Punk Rocker" - THAT would be cool!!!

  • Ah, cute!

And to think that the communists in china want to crush these cute children and grind their bones beneath the treads on their tanks.

It makes you realise why it's worth the billions we're spending keeping a military presence in that part of the world. The Military Industrial Complex is good for something!

  • Oh my...

  • I should make my ~50 year old German business English group do this

  • That's gotta be the cutest thing I've ever thing.

  • I am so impressed! I would never be able to get my Korean students to do this! A project like this sure beats flash cards in the classroom. Genius.

  • awesome!

    Do Young MC

  • That is ridiculously cute!

  • That was sheer delight. You're doing great work! As for future projects...well, it might be a little advanced for 5-year-olds, but it is a little-known fact that nearly all of Emily Dickinson's poems can be sung to the tune of "Yellow Rose of Texas."

  • And i laughed.

  • The breakdown is always the best part.

  • Herrejösses

  • so cute!

  • i would say do thriller from michael jackson, but that might be hard for younger children.

  • Thriller would be cool to see

  • I think this is actually The MC Hammer School of Engrish.

  • ROFL i just thought the song at the very beginning was Chocolate Rain :D

  • "I have nearly free reign with these kids."

wait a moment... YOU made them do this? lmfao! you sick bastard! :D

  • Genius indeed, may i suggest Ice Ice baby,or maybe A good day by Ice T, but you gotta keep those rad outfits, it kinda makes the whole 80's vibe come alive!.... keep up the good work!!! :)

  • as much as i feel sorry for the kids for the song they had o dance too but i cna also see the benfit of a repetitive rythm can help them learn

but also is it just me or does the 3rd child sound like kenny from south park

  • It's a great idea and you should do more projects like this. Just don't make the boys wear such horrible costumes next time! :O

  • in taipei?

  • ca ha he ha hey ca tou thi

  • what ?

  • WTF?!?

  • at show times all kids do worst! Don´t worry! But it look great to me that I didn´t see the rehearsals.

I teach english in Argentina and all this kind of thinks are great to watch and also learn!!! Keep posting!!!!! it really shows how much they know.

    Val

  • but yeah, I would go with a weird al song. That would be hilarious

  • those poor kids!

  • its good. i enjoy voching that

  • can' ya ya.. ah yea bah yaya?

  • Please Hammer, don't hurt 'em!

Please make more of these! Your school looks awesome.

Would love to see the kids putting Wheels on the Bus, Old McDonald and Hokey Pokey to "Hey Ya!" "Put your head in, your head out, your head in, and you shake it, shake it, shake it, shake it, shake it like a polaroid picture." :-)

  • WoW! It's good! The kids perform very well.

    Good teacher, too!

    Penny

  • Maybe you should do some Weird Al songs or something

  • I Wanna See How Good Chinese Kids Can Make A Human Pyramid

    Im Hoping Really Good

  • omg!!!! thats too cute! but the audience act like they were dead or somethin..why do asian audiences be actin like that? oh well and the outfits! LMAOOOOOOOOO hahahaha what did the parents say bout the performance? and i have a request next you should do the song, "i like big butts"

  • o...m...g....

    nothing else...

that's better than the real one XD

  • Hi. Should I do more projects like this and post the vids? I pretty much have free reign with these kids. Leave me some feedback and even song requests would be great. Thanks.

    Daryl
