I love Orlando Belly Dance. I've been a student there for years. But it isn't the only studio in Orlando. It's the only studio offering classes in Cabaret bellydance. Florida Tribal Dance is located in Downtown Orlando which offers Tribal bellydance. Different styles, but not the only.

I meant to explain that all body types are celebrated in the Middle East -unlike here, where society puts much too much pressure on women to look a certain way. But you are absolutely right, women can only bellydance in their personal homes in much of the Middle East - but the healing and sisterhood the dancing provides is vibrant and alive there.

KUDOS for the bellydance, the studio, the sisterhood.
But please don't say that women are celebrated in the Middle East. That is so PAINFULLY far from the truth. Only in outside of the Middle East can women bellydance. (I know first hand)
