I really like your picking pattern it gives to the song a good melody very smooth BUT I don't get it. You should take a little more time to explain it better because I'm watching you for like the 100th time trying to see and hear what you do but I still don't get it.

uhm...the best way to figure out this kinda stuff is to listen to the song really. You've got the chords right? try to listen to the song and play different picking patterns until you find it.

I love the tutorial and the song..but I'm slow and can't quite pick up the picking pattern. I have down the first part with the first chord then it gets too complex for me at the G7 and C.

uhm... i dunno how i can make it simple to understand but try seeing this way: you finger pick the bass note and then the chord and slap.

the only variation when to get to the turn around is picking the chord twice.

i dunno if this was of much help but i'll be putting a video of me playing this song sometime soon and maybe then it'll be easier.
