Listen, I'm probably "greener" (environmental motivated then even Raph but he will never get elected. If he takes votes away from democrats none of his ideas and policies will every be implimented. He needs to put his ego in check and put pressure on the democratic candidates. Nader is a great American but not presidential material.

Why not take the BEST ideas from classic liberalism with Ralph Nader, and combine them with the BEST ideas from classic conservatism with Ron Paul, and merge them together into ONE new platform that serves the common man and small family busineses OVER big corporations, special interest groups, and the super wealthy.

Both men are honest patriots who speak the truth.

Both will END the war.

When people don't vote what they ought to and the political cast of characters is against good government...Nader's persistence is to reclaim politics' one purpose...not greed and power to rule, but to produce the best democratic leaders...ballot power is for top leadership...money as the frontrunner intro for Obama and Hillary according to U.S. media,is not the view shown in the Canadian interview...Nader looks great here! "Fighting for democracy". The facade that put Dubya in power? Wow. What a gem of a system. Fighting for democracy. There's one slogan that will never recover. Good consumer advocate, but really needs to stop splitting the vote. Stay out of what he knows he will not win until it looks like it could be a genuine possibility.

Any number of factors put W in power. The majority of Americans who DIDN'T vote. A # of parties got enough votes to sway FL. If Gore won his home state he would have not needed FL. Kathleen Harris? You are essentially subverting Democracy bc you accept the two party system as inevitable and omnipresent, and criticizing those who don't. Would you have said the same for Lincoln? Or any other 3rd party candidate? Either everyone splits votes, or no one is entitled votes and they must EARN them.

I think there's a study that came out that proves that Gore could not have won (which he did) 2000 without Nader. Gore was trailing Bush significantly in the polls before Nader ran and forced Gore to take a more populist stand (at least publically). I wish Nader had taken more votes from Gore, that way the Democrats would have been taught a lesson about being cowards. Gotta love how they've backed Bush's crimes all the way.
