I love this song but don't care much for voice. I wish someone like Noor Jehan had sung it instead. The singer's voice is a very distinct one that can not easily be shown as the actress singing it. A normal playback singer's voice can not be so distinct that you immediately stop believing that the actor/actress singing in the movie is not the one singing it. Zeba does not have a voice that would become cracked all of a suddent when she starts singing. Mismatch!!!
azar7865--maybe you are right--my grand-daughter recently heard this song on youtube, and looked at me with narrowed eyes and said, ''grandma it is your song''-- she recognised it. She is now 6 yrs old. My younger sister sang it to her sons when they were babies-- I guess it has become a song of my family.
I sang this song to my children as a lullabye to put them to sleep, and now I sing it to my grand daughter. This song is very close to my heart. Thanks for uploading.
