So this was completely created in Office 2010? Wow, I can't wait to get that! Looks very cool. In older versions, I don't think you could even include video files in a presentation. Or if you could, it was not a simple thing to do.

Yes it's all on powerpoint, it's one of the sample templates that comes with the public beta. If you have the 2010 beta there's nothing stopping you making something just as good!
