I was there. This sound does not represent how good they were. They absolutely showed up Crystal Castles that night. THEY were terrible.

Nothing negative towards Thunderheist, but I'd imagine it's very easy to show up Crystal Castles regardless of genre.

ok, first off i gotta say im not bias to either group i love them both. and yes i was there standing on a newspaper box dancing but i would have to say the better of the to performances was crystal castles. the live drums and alice live is just fantastic. either way two great torono musicians getting out there. thunderheist was just in edmonton it was much hotter.

I just thought her vocals were almost not even there in the mix most of the time, so it was kinda like her thrashing and flailing around to nothing in particular.

doesn't matter the camera quality. The audio HAS to be plugged in to the mixer/board or it will sound shit.
