should only be a last resort - responding. if you can pick up/find a weapon to come back on them it helps, like a dustbin lid (not that anyone has dustbins anymore)

now i know how to disarm someone with a bat. Dont run awy, run towards. get them on the floor, then stomp on their head. nice.
Im not a violent guy though so i wouldnt stomp on their head, i would just run away.
