American compagnies regularly prosecute people from other countries for downloading songs. Now some big shot producer in the US steals a finnish song, and guess what? He gets away with it.
Tempest got no royalties for this blatant plagiarism and the judge just let the richer one walk!
How dare she call herself a musician when she has clearly copied another persons art? How can she hold her head up knowing that? Does she think she can just get away with it because Tempest is less popular?
