Make one. If you don't feel comfortable making your own out of wood or aluminum then you could buy one from Roger's Bro's Downhill or Steve Fernando (TRS street luges) however, expect to put down quite a bit of money. A Noreaster by Skateluge is an excellent design and that would be your best/cheapest/quickest option, a complete luge will be less than $400 and capable of 70+ mph. A Google search will yield tons of information.
