It's very important to pay attention to what Ken Mcelroy says @ 5:12. The concept of depreciation and it's major benefits in property investing! That is one of the major reasons why property investing is such a phenomenally lucrative and astoundingly simple investment vehicle. I don't know of any other investment vehicle where the government will consistenly give you money even when you make a profit- rather than taking it away in taxation.
