Go to the place where the sailor is and get his lobster trap by diving. If you dont have the suit, go to the top of the Lighthouse where the sailor is, get the picture, and go to the camera studio. Trade the picture for the suit and dive. Then you get the trap and sailor gives you lobster. Use that to turn the lens of the lighthouse. Then you need to go to the secret room in the Detention Hall, go down and get the bell clanger. Its in Part 2 mostly... Watch it!
