I have been in Martial arts for over 30 years I am 38. I am a Master in Tang Soo Do, The real version not the paper black belt type LOL. I do thumb and finger break through thicker boards but I did a lot of conditioning.

I am not doubting this man but I have seen a lot of fakes who make a fist or something at the end. I competed against a guy who claimed to do a pinky break. He used it like a whip not a point and at the end he was breaking with the blade of his hand LOL.

@aiki3d Very possible. I was not there so I cannot say for a fact though. I know I have seen a lot of fakes in person though. When I was bouncer I used to use a one or two finger shot to the solar plexus or lightly to the throat on some of the "tough guys" to get their cooperation.

Obviously it's not only his finger. Have you ever trained in martial arts? You never break break anything with a single part of your body. Many other parts of your body have to work together. Do you see the way he "pops" his hip as he comes through? You can't imagine how much harder you can hit something once you learn to utilize that move. As skeptical as society is, martial arts remain for a reason. Amazing things can be done with proper conditioning and training.

The tendons do toughen up and support the bone structure but it takes a whole lot a time to get their.. The boards , Yes they are dry , but trust me, They most certainly provide resistance.... enough resistance to cause a bloody knuckle or a sprained finger.. I can contest to this. .. Go and join a school train hard you will be suprised what you actually are capable of.
