@TheLolz654 strech everyday! i am a high school cheerleader.. sit in a stradel and stretch everyday and it will help your jumps. doo them everyday and they will get better. also work on your motions.. and if you can join a tumbling if you wanted ! but tumbling isnt everything in cheerleading! :)
@TheLolz654 haha yeah they can allways improve :] well hold planks , they help you tighten up ur arms when you go to be tight and they help your abbs for your jumps and flying. also practice infront a mirror. thats like the biggest thing that will help you. so you can see what your doing wrong . allways be extremly tight but not like a robot. also dont bounce ur movements from one to another. always make them one sharp movement from one to another. this will help you get really good moves :]

i'm in 8th grade
have no tumbling (cartwill & roundoff i can do)
pike is ok
toe touches need work
herkie is good
i can do the splits (left leg out and cant do it the other way)
do ya think i could make my middle school team???
got any advice and how 2 get my jumps higher and anything else

thx :) and where i live we have a local gym but it doesn't teach tumbling cause we went in an asked and they dont :( but thanks for the advince : D
