Smokers have their rights? You're kidding me aren't you... You can't smoke anywhere anymore. They should have places that accomodate for the 15-20% of the population that choose to smoke.

Everyone knows that there are dangers with smoking, it's told to us constantly, if people choose to smoke, that's their prerogative. Leave the smokers alone and start educating people on the hundreds of other things that cause cancer and can kill.

The reason why people pick on smoking is because huge corporations legally make billions of dollars off of smoking, in spite of the horrid side effects smoking causes. These corporations knew about the side effects long before it was common knowledge among the public, but didn't bother to tell anyone so they could continue to get people addicted. I think making it legal to sell addictive death is being pretty lenient.

That was decades ago. The people in tobacco companies who said that are long gone or dead, now tobacco companies acknowledge the dangers of smoking. The corporations now making billions of tobacco is the government through high tobacco taxes.

If we made it illegal to sell "addictive death" you do realize alcohol would be banned don't you? It is a poisons that can give you many cancers, such as mouth, lives and stomach as well as alzheimer's, but is promoted all the time on tv, movies etc.
