  • plz do a video on "how not to blink for a long time"

  • @ehowhealth All what I'd need is that all these kind of vids, they all had subtitles, in panish, or even in english. I think they're fantastic, but I can't understand everything HELP, PLEASE!!

Agradecimientos, thanks a lot.

  • I don't have the patience for that crap having to look for what to cure the depression.

  • I know people get sad and angry when they get no sunshine

  • You can increase serotonin and dopamine levels naturally with Tyrosine, 5 htp, B6 and carbohydrates. This is what Jim Carrey used to treat his depression. He talked about this on an interview with Larry King!

  • @sleepmoodneuro doesnt 5-htp make you libido decrease?

  • @19spain93

No actually by increasing serotonin and dopamine, it increase your sex drive, a bonus!!!

  • so this is why I love carbs during winter. sugaaar <3 :p

  • @SuperDelta000 its so funny going on youtube and seeing how many people agree with me that antidepressants are bad news. My family, on the other hand, keep pestering me to take SSRIs. "It's like if you had Diabetes you'd have to take insulin..." how about STFU. They don't want me to be depressed because it "drags them down" but why would I take them if they make me worse? I have real problems and people tend to get cause and effect mixed up when it comes to depression.

  • there's no positive effect with antidepressants... they damage the central nervous system permanently.

  • @SuperDelta000

Only if the person in question is healthy, if there is a natural deficiencie of a cartain neurotransmitter, antidepressants can be used to stabelize the chemical inbelance in the brain.

  • @Geertpieter There is no test to determine "natural deficiency" of brain chemicals. Therefore antidepressants damage the brain.

  • @SuperDelta000

If there is no test you should say: i do not know and not jump to conclusions...

  • @Geertpieter Yeah factually there is no test for brain chemicals. Psychiatric drugs damage them. This is fact.

  • @SuperDelta000 I agree with you big time.

  • @SuperDelta000 You're ttally right. I agree with you.

  • ahaaa 0:32 atleast finally she does blink

  • HAHA! "Seasonal Depression Disorder" HAHAHA! Are you freakin kidding me? that's not a disorder, it's just a seasonal change. You can't classify everything as a disorder JUST to prescribe a drug! Mother of mary.

  • okay...

  • Blink god dammit! BLINK!

  • @LuizGewfy hahahahahahahhahahahahah omg nice observation

  • that woman goes for a long time without blinking...

  • @bijouxmusic Is that a good sing or bad if you blink or not to blink?

  • @vitaliyr1 well I guess if you are playing a game to see who can last longer without blinking, so then keep u with it. Other than that, yes, blink away. LOL

  • @bijouxmusic The power of Serotonin!

  • @bijouxmusic thats cause shes an alien from zeta reticulan lollllllllllllllllllllllllll

  • Step 1: Eat a fuckton of serotonin boosting foods and supplements.

Step 2: Maintain hight serotonin diet for more than 4 weeks

Step 3: Buy 1g of MDMA

    Step 4: ????????????

    Step 5: Profit!!

  • this chick gives out lots of good info quickly, props

  • ok

  • You could just buy 5-htp pills from a body/health shop, which increases serotonin levels in the brain.

  • It might sound far-fetched, but some foods can actually help make you happy! Come on, happy foods? Really?

    yourdailytipsandtrickswiki.blogspot.com/2010/12/happy-food-for-crappy-weather.html

  • Not a mansion full of those would help me, only the meds work. This could only help those who do not have clinical depression/bipolar disorder, but just want to feel a bit "happier", which means they are not ill. For them it would work. But i.e. SSRIs take weeks to take effct even though the levels of serotonin are immediately increased; they do more then just increase the time serotonin stays in a sinapse, they do some job on receptors, as well etc. scientists don't know exactly, but it works.

  • @FletcherHabit Why? Doctor just gave me it, on my fourth day. What happened to you?

  • Agree...

  • Comment removed

  • Take Lexapro!

  • Eating foods with serotonin with in them has no effect on serotonin levels in brain.

To increase serotonin you can eat foods with tryptophan (egg) or buy pills with 5-HTP

  • @krikukiks ........thats what the video covered. There was no mention of eating foods with serotonin increasing the serotonin levels in the brain.

  • @krikukiks how many 50mg pills a day would you recommend? im at 1 so far.. makes me feel better for sure! but by night time, it wears off... is 100mg too much a day? on the bottle it says to only take 1 a day...

  • @krikukiks

    HTP?

  • @delagrazia 5-HTP=5-Hydroxytryptophan

It's one synthetis step frop tryptophan towards serotonin. So it will work more effectivly, if you want to "make" serotonin.
