We all freak out because this music is being performed by such young kids. But it might only be possible BECAUSE they are so young. They don't know what to be afraid of yet. I'm a musician in my 40s and the idea of playing Zappa music scares the hell out of me...so I never try it.
Zappa was a truely awesome musician and compser. and he always had the bestbacking him up. Dweezel carries on the legacy in great fashion. Zappa is top on my list!!
F.Z. was a perfektionist in music and arrengment, sorry this not bad, but millions miles away from Zappa. It´s possibly good for a F.Z. Party with a few beers.Nothing else.
Boy I just found an ounce of faith for the future-as an official FZ official I commend this performance-VERY impressive...Frank would definitely dig it.
These kids are truly amazing. An excellent musical selection for an amazing group of incredibly talented youngsters. I am just blown away! I must wonder who is was that chose Zappa to be their cover? One would be quick to think that a parent is a Zappa fan, but I think it would be even cooler if the kids chose it themselves. It doesn't seem like a far fetched idea because kids with this caliber of talent obviously don't listen to complete crap! lol
This is my favourite song. Well played!!! But female vocals kind of takes the edge off it (as it is about raping women and with a woman singing you just can't take it seriously), though I suppose teenagers might find that "risque" or something :P
Damn! That was freaking sweet, I wish my school would have this kind of stuff. You guys are really awesome, great singing, great playing, I can't believe how good it is. That was really cool.
the bohemian days of the 60`s and 70`s is over .Gone are the days you could spend your adolescence learning an instrument, while living in your friends` mom`s basement! Now evryone is so busy tryin to earn a living you rarely see a piano or guitar in the home ,where it used to be the norm.
seems sad that music has become less and less of an element in peoples lives wich i feel is really tragic. My dads a guitar teacher so ive kinda grown up with music and guitars around the house
Not bad, actually just F'ing Bad Ass! looks like to me these kids were in elementary school when FZ passed away. thankfully, there is hope for the future. i was starting to seriously doubt it till now!!!!!
Kids playing. Frank? Rock on!!! Kicka**. Which one of you turned the rest on to Frank? Zombie Woof? I bet nobody at PGSR knew what hit 'em. Love it! Great post. I put it on y favorites. I'll send it to my old FZ friends and fans. Kicka**!
Do it to 'em up on th roof! I'm laughing it's so good. Hell yes.
It's a shame the audio isn't better, because the performance is really good. Too bad Frank can't be here to see it, I think he'd be smiling. Heck, maybe he is anyway!
Really allrighty i was a zombie and you were my lady......REALLY AWSOME YOUGUYS REALLY AWSOME!!! YOU SHOULD BE PROUD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1111

If that violinist were smart, she'd study hard, be disciplined, see if she could make it in classical, if that's her desire, and if not, or otherwise, get a rock and roll band together with a great bunch of musicians! hey, LOOKS + TALENT = GOLD! Worth a shot, better than most of what's out there!
Nice job. The Princeton School of Rock just performed this at our Best of Season this past Saturday. I had never heard it before but I really liked the song.
