  • i want to see an exercise .. i already know whats healthy..

  • dude is it even possible to lose muscle man tits? i gota lose mine they gross

  • So do you make a cut back in fat and an increase in calories?

  • Ok for all you out there who dont know anything about kinesiology and physiology and muscles in general, there isnt a specific workout that gives you definition. It is exactly as he says: active lifestyle and proper diet. You can lift all you want but that only gives you strength. Loosing fat will give you definition.

  • @balla5280 wrong.... im skinny nd i eat fat food ervyday. chinese food, junk food, etc. i just do 100 push ups evryday nd im already gettin my chest defined nd its gettin big.

  • @lonewolf2alpha dont eat fat food, eat good food and spread your meals, dont eat 3 times a day but try to eat 5 or 6 smaller meals a day. Commitment is the key

  • i got a wierd gap in my chest. how do i fill it?

  • @teedonster work hard

    and bench with dumbells

  • @teedonster Do some dips or close grip bench presses if that doesn't help its your genetics.

  • @teedonster I had the same thing. If its deep, you'll need a nuss surgery for it like I had.

  • @teedonster its genetics, but like that one dude said u can go to a surgeon if it really bothers u

  • @bigdadeecain its not a hollow chest like a genetic disease its just my pecks dont meet in the middle

  • @teedonster I have the same thing. I can actually feel where the muscle stops. People have been telling me that sets of decline pushups everyday make the upper chest grow. It's not about genetics like that one guy said.

  • @wafflecushioned No, it is genetic, its just it becomes less apparent as your chest gettings bigger and more swol.

  • @supah1337B You need to research the topic. When there is a gap in the middle, it means that the person almost has a full chest. Everyone who has a fully developed chest has experienced this at some point in their life.

  • @wafflecushioned The gap can sort of be filled, but genetics play a part in how your muscles can be off balance, like my pecs as they developed, looked funny. and there was then and is still now, a quarter or bigger sized chunk of muscle missing, or appears to be missing, from my right pec

  • @bigdadeecain Having a gap in the middle of the chest has nothing to do with genetics. It only means that the pectoral muscles haven't grown enough so that they meet in the middle.

  • @teedonster dumbbell flyes, look it up

  • Hi i'm Less Willy XD

  • i think we know that.. but we want to know the specific workout you dumbass

  • Here you go, 'dumbass'

    Bench Press.

  • then show it next time.. stupid

  • Go to a fucking gym.
