  • Yes diesals go to Hoboken. The Raritan Valley Line has one train from High Bridge to Hoboken in the early morning during the weekdays.

  • Its only on weekends that RVL goes to hoboken, Every other train goes there

  • its pullin metro north cars!!!

  • thats because this line the train is going on is also considered a metro north line, so they just share equpiment

  • he could have been telling you to get back but y cant u honk at hoboken

  • He blew the horn. That ain't allowed at Hoboken!

  • Why can't you blow the horn at Hoboken?

  • Rules in that area.

  • Oh, ok!

  • Every now and then Some RVL trains do go to Hoboken.

  • BTW Harry, I followed up on the Aberdeen-Matawn Station. Great vids there! I was completely unaware that diesel runs through that station!

  • Nice, you were lucky to see them. All the times I've been there I never seen them pass thru. Only at Long Branch but never at Aberdeen-Matawan.

  • NJ Transit's Diesel trains run on the NJCL. Mostly at rush hour. Those trains are the ones that take the people to and from New York that use the ferry services instead of the direct Electric consists.

  • Ah no wonder. I'm always out there either on a late night Friday, Saturday during the day and Sunday mornings.

  • That day they did. There was two RVL trains there.

  • check the schedule, RVL goes to Hoboken on weekends. Nice vid nyctransitforums

  • Another Great Video Harry.
