pocketbike engines are literally garbage... they run like shit after a month... if you dont like fixing things, get a pocket bike or quad or whatever and instal a HIGH POWERED chainsaw engine, that can crank out 10000 rpm or more.

you know, taking of the pipe you lose to much compression and it is very bad you are lucky if it is still running if you can weld you could make like drag pipes out the side and possibly make it louder than with no exhaust
