Silent Hill 4 was probably the most controvesial silent hill title. Most people either loved or hated the game. Though it might not have been the best silent hill title, it was definitly an amazing stand alone game. Few games can bring the fear that this one does.

Right from this, the intro to the game, my friends and I were pissing ourselves. This game does atmosphere so much better than any others, even Silent Hill 2. This game is so good, it's definitely the freakiest, scariest of the Silent Hill series.

I think this was the best intro for any Silent Hill game, and even though we all know 2 was the best, 4 was my favorite to play, I can't really explain why, I just felt a connection to it.
