Man I love black and white cats, B/W dogs too. They seem intelligent. This cat is just out and out talking to you. I cant tell exactly what he is trying to say , not knowing Sly's personality. He's complaining I think, or maybe asking for something. If you are sensitive to his different meows you can discover a whole language and start to have "conversations". Ive always had a way of talking to the animals but Ive never had cats or dogs. Heh heh. Thx for post!
