Just out of curiosity, how old are you? Just wondering how the aging process works with eating raw foods. Do you think it slows down the aging process? I don't know, I'm guessing you are in your late 30's to mid 40's? That's taking in to consideration that you are part Asian and Caucasian. I'm in Aethetics and I would like to ask someone who has experience in eating raw foods. Some say eating fish can slow the appearance of wrinkles, what do you think?

Have you heard of stones for gopher control? How about stones about "fist" size or "softball" size or bigger packed in the bottom of your raised bed to keep gophers from digging up into your garden?
