Paternity testing should be mandatory upon a birth of a child.
The only people that stand against this is the family courts that milk this for all the money they can get, and the women who lie.
They say that taking these tests puts tension on trust between husband and wife, but I think it actually reinforces it.
In many cases, especially in todays age, trust alone is not enough.
