Shut up about the ports, willya? they all have the same ports (net, node, desk) . Instead, you should say that "it has nu usb ports :O", if it has none.
In terms of the screen brightness, I only use the 2 lowest settings, the higher settings are really bright. Again you can quick cycle though the brightness settings with the function (Fn) key. I was really impressed with the sound quality, and it can go pretty loud for a netbook. I think I got about 6 hours on my first charge, although one of those hours was streaming a 1 hour video on the bbc iplayer.
I got the N120 the other day, I'm very happy with it. I will probably still upgrade the RAM. It has 3 performance modes that you can quickly switch between with the function (Fn) key, the normal mode is good for most stuff but if a program is running a little slow you can give it a quick boost with the high performance mode, then if you are really wanting to conserve power the lowest mode can be used. Wouldn't recommend for internet surfing though, maybe just emails, writing documents etc.
I was going around and around trying to figure out which EEE to get and noticed the 110 was a close second on PC World. Then I saw the extras of this and still 7.5 hrs, bluetooth, etc. And not that much more money than any other netbook.
Samsung's doing great in the laptop/netbook industry. I especially love their notebooks. They might be $100-$200 more than other companies, but they're definitely built well.
Too many netbooks. Just tell people to get a generic one and get it over with! Or at least get the interesting ones! Entertainment netbook my ***! An N10J is way better. Enough with the Atoms. I haven't seen the ION, or HP's DV2. THOSE are entertainment.
yeah, engineers just change the place where the speakers stand!
and is crap, they´re everyday more expensive because "they´re more cool than the boring one you have" as "albert" or whatever say. so is stupid to buy a new netbook when day by day are closer to the price of a laptop

He's right, a subwoofer? Netbook? What? Ridiculous!
pigflesh 2 years ago
if they can put woofers in headphones they can put it into computers
aznuwin3 2 years ago
they can't.
"Computers" as you say
consists of a CPU, Monitor and all the basic thing. So Yes You can have a Subwoofer if you have 5.1 or 7.1 Speakers.
If You're talking about something more specific then NO, Its completely impossible.
A Netbook is different compared to a computer.
