@matrixlone I've seen it and I'll tell you what... I LOVE IT! Hahaha. Honestly, it looks like it could be a game tease more than a film, but I think a crossover would do it good. Make the film and co-release it with a game. Most of the times, it fails, but I like the way they're going it, so far. Dark, edgy and away from the sci-fi/fantasy feel of the original story line. Not that I hate the story, I just hate reboots that only try to up the CG (like every horror remake to date).

@EvisceratorBand it's really low and heavy and the first 2 notes make a minor 3rd which is very death metal. but the next 2 does make it a little more obvious is it in the pentatonic scale, but Entombed is very sick death metal and they use that rock/blues scale pretty exclusively. only the light hearted piano melody kills it as i originally said.

@roboticgentleman Even without the piano kicking it, it still sounds light hearted. I consider Entombed to be more closely related to thrash/death (back when death metal really didn't take its own unique full form yet). Their newer stuff is watered down and I hope you're not referring to that stuff. Honestly, those bass notes are pretty happy sounding, though. When I think old school death metal, I think more along the lines of Pestilence or Silent Scream or more minory stuff.
