  • THIS IS 1979

  • was this filmed in an elevator? 0.o

  • Great for doing irrigation and electrical work,we use to use a piece of PVC pipe with a cap on the end with a slit in it hooked to a garden hose on the other end, worked ok but you would go off course easily with this you would go nice and straight hitting your target saving time and I bet the bore is a smaller hole also with a less chance of settling in the future, nice looking tool.

  • The Hydrodrill is not designed as a well driller. It is supposed to carve horizontally, not vertically.

  • What do you do when you hit a rock? Where dose all the drillings go? How do you have enough water pressure to clean out the hole What do you do if the hole falls shut or worse your pipe/conduit is straiter than the boar?

  • A small rock can be shoved out of the way by the bit. Hit a large rock (football sized) and you need to try again. The water pressure is whatever the municipal supply is. The Hydrodrill acts more like a mole than a gopher. There is no neat hole left over. Most people just leave the pipe in place after drilling. A larger pipe can be coupled and dragged back through. 3/4" Steel pipe is usually used. It has surprising flexibility.

  • can it drill a 300ft deep well?:)

  • How deep would this thing drill?
