I was at the only Republican dinner in Washington that sonny agreed to preform at in years. I believe it was in support of Dole. Not only was he nice but at the end of the show he asked me if I would like the recorder they had used to teach the person that played Chers part. One very nice man. I had never met him before that night but I will never forget him as long as I live.
