so i don't see the reason why you should compare the two sports and try to see which one works best . a wrestler can pin the bjj easily but the bjj athlete can submit the wrestler ...simple

@hercmet If you trained wrestling or judo then swithed to BJJ that would be a good point but you trained with someone who can pick you up and slam you down (now dont forget you wont have your mats) however they please whether it be on your back or your head. What makes you think you'll still be okay to fight if someone throws you on a curb?

mm.. si esto hubiera sido una lucha sin reglas y sobre asfalto sin duda ganaba el luchador desde el primer lanze, pq caer sobre el asfalto le destrozaria la espalda al de BJJ. pero como el tatami es mas resistente las caidas son mas suaves y por eso no tuvo efectividad el lanze.

en lucha un toque de espaldas es perdida para el oponoente

en jiu-jitsu no puedes seguir peleando cuando tu espalda toca el piso

y segun la pelea con las reglas de jiu-jitsu sin camisa gano
