@MegaCokamo Running (and hurdling) is about efficiency. How efficient your body is in running. He doesn't need anything in his arms, because it would slow him down. His muscles are concentrated in the areas he needs them most; thighs, calfs, stomach. There's a technique to running just like there is to everything else, especially in hurdles. It's efficiency over strength.
