  • SIR WHAT IS R5& R8 VALUE . SIR I DONT UNDERSTAND 5K6 & 2K2

  • @nareshdhiman81 5K6 = 5,6 kOhm and 2K2 = 2,2 kOhm

  • hey have nice day..could you please send the schematic, part list and pcb on this project (pwm). man_jerzh@yahoo.com thank you.

  • hey me to please send me schematic and pcd layout.spaceshiftback@yahoo.com thank

  • Ok I put it together and bc547 melted .

When i looked at the datasheet the c and e are the opposite as the other 3

  • @delvis11,

Thankyou for this video,Its the first electronic device I have attempted.

If I wanted to just run off 12v would i just take out "J" and R12 ?

  • Hi please send me schematic and pcb layout, iroo007@gmail.com

    Thanks.

  • hello sir! can you please send me a copy schematic and the layout of the pcb of PWM. here's my mail " jpdizon_17@yahoo.com " thanks.

  • if you have extra ckt you can send me

  • hey can you send me the schematic to my mail naresh835@yahoo.com

  • Delvis 11 Hello, can you please tell me the code zener diode (10V ZDI), and if you have any replacement?. MANY thanks!!

  • @jorbrus I have a couple of old used boards I can send to you. Just pay shipping.

  • @delvis11

hi delvis its a good PWM design can I have the schematic i will try to make it for my project. mnvs1969@yahoo.com

  • hey! good vid. could you please mail me the schematic..or post a link where you've uploaded it? i'm working on one of these and can't find a decent schematic. yours looks pretty good so i'm thinking of trying it out. my mail bloody_cherubim@ yahoo.com. also if you have a parts list it would be great. thanks.

  • matches we shoot the integrated circuit, the back panel of the amp pwm

  • matches we shoot the integrated circuit, the back panel of the amp pwm

  • 30 amp ? why you need so much !

  • i get no curent after bc547

  • 1 - can you please post EFIE circuit diagram?

2 - what to do if i need a 60amp PMW? just put 2 of those parallel?

    thank you!

  • Are you stupid amateur :)? Where is output of PWM?????

Just show the fuckin schem permanently. I not want to see your non interesting PCB.

  • @altium1 Watch this stupid amateur push the " block user button " If you could see you would find it. Who is the amateur? I'm confused now.

  • @delvis11 your work certainly is for people with brains and those who are amateurs are putting comments embarassing themselves lols..... technical people must be contented with a schematic diagram and a prototype is welcomed so your video is 100% very helpful. 5 stars buddy

  • @delvis11 lol :D

  • @altium1 2:23 where it says "M+ M-" and "MOTOR" on the schematic

  • subscribed! very nice bro

  • who had a scheme for PWM regulator 60 or 100 Amps

  • @simuneccro got to use more power output transistors in parallel to hold the additional power without burning them.

  • man, you guys take this sh^t serious...

  • I can to use equivalents transistors to the c9012 and c9013 and mosfets?

You know say me what to be equivalents to this components, because I not find this in my city.

    Thanks for all

    Wagner

  • @jejewa78 why not get the datasheets for these general purpose transistors you mentioned and try to find and equivalent it will certainly work

  • Hey Dude. I can tell you don't know what any of this means.

    R1 & R2 is irrelevant that they are 10K

the important thing is that they are a 1:1 Voltage Divider Providing a reference

    Voltage to the Op AMP

the VR1 10k it is irrelevant that it is 10k the important thing is that the it ALSO a Voltage divider Less than 1:1 according to R5 R6 If VR1 was right in the middle.

but VR1 can raise that ref V

    47 U F is not an "U"

it is a greek Letter "Miu" stands for "micro"

    THUS: 47microFARADS

  • @Mapanatl Now to end this conversation... I worked for Lucent Technologies and built tested and temp studies for switchmode powersupplies AC/DC and DC/DC and YES, we had substantial heatsinking with a fan delivering a hurricane over the heat sinks and still they measured 130F or more at room temp. Part of my job was to do temp studies. I ran more damn fets theough a curve tracer to get matched sets than I care to remember so get down off your high horse, son. Proof? I got proof. you got fuck-all

  • @Landotter1 "Lucent Technologies" Oh YEA! the FAILED subsidiary of General Electric I think. and they were more on modems and such, data communications Hardly MOSFET Power handling Technologies.

that's why you have FAILED TEST you were meddling in the wrong domain.

I Build BLDC Motor Controls and Stepper MOTOR Controls.

"You ain't Got Sh*t on me, lil BOY!"

Lucent probably FAILED bc they had incompetent people LIKE YOU. Never really succeeded and had to be rescued by Parent Co

  • @Mapanatl You gave a valient effort fuck-stick, but since you suck at what you do, your words mean bollocks to me.. Lucent failed on their own accord... It's called corporate corruption but a retard like you wouldn't know anything about that so go back to your toys and leave the real engineering to a real person. People like you just want to play... well go play then but no one is taking you seriously sonny.

  • seems like awful small heat sinks for 30 amps.... Even with a fan, seems like way under heat sunk. just my 2 cents

  • @Landotter1 No it's not. these devices use MOSFETS not like the Old Garbage Bipolar Transistors.

MOSFETS have extremely Low internal Resistance when ON compared to Bipolars. Thus NO Heat build up and lots of cool Power switching!

at 30 amps this will hardly will get hot even without a fan.

Don't try that with Shitty Bipolars

Here is the Proof: what is the difference between 0.02 Ohms Vs 300 Ohms ??

    about 15,000 !!!

So, a Bipolar Trans. will generate about 15,000 times more heat

  • @Mapanatl ahm, yeah, I think you've spent too much time misunderstanding textbook theories and not enough time actually using any real MOSFETs in the real world. Go get yourself a nice expensive MOSFET amplifier and take all those silly heatsinks off the MOSFETs. Now crank up a short CD full of FAIL while you reassure yourself its all room temperature and happy

  • @toranamunter AGAIN, Refer to my other REPLY.

You're an ANKLE BITER LiL Boy

  • @Mapanatl Your mother doesn't call me lil boy... I keep having to tell the bitch not to diefy me... Why don't you remind her for me since I kicked the bitch to the curb last week.....

  • @Mapanatl Oh, what WAS your other reply..... must have been ignoring your nonsense... What did you try to say?

  • @toranamunter The only thing FAILING here is your stupid theory.... Go ahead dumb-ass, take the heatsinks off your own gear and waste your own damn money and stop telling others to waste theirs. It matters not to me what you do. I know what my experience is and the numbers don't lie. You are nothing but a punk-assed kid looking for glory, that you won't recieve here so, FAILURE (that means you) get fucked straight off you ball bag tweener.

  • @Landotter1 Let's take this one word at a time. See the little blue @s and the name next to them? See the one next to my comment which denotes that it's directed at Mapanati? i.e, not you? And is in fact in SUPPORT of your comment that the mosfets in the vid look "underheatsunk", to a purely guesstimating eyeball ?? I never heard of these magical MOSFETs that don't produce any heat either. It takes a big man to apologise in public. Retract the abuse? Or just sneak out of the bar? Waiting to see.

  • @toranamunter You are quite correct and please do accept my apology. My mistake. Being in aviation these days, one has to take personal responsability lest one ends up in jail later. All employers I have worked for appreciate and don't punish if a mechanic is honest and reports mistakes so, I am accustomed to taking my responsability and saying "hey, I fucked up" so... Sorry, I fucked up! :-D Have a great day...

  • @toranamunter Well what about for example this Jaycar 60A motor controller kit which uses 4 to220 pack MOSFETs and uses no heatsinks. As long as you switch the MOSFET on into saturation they have a very low RDS. Amplifiers are different as they swing between on and off where the MOSFET has higher resistance thus dissipates more power. You will see the newer digital amplifiers are much smaller for their power output due to reduced heat sink size and some even drive outputs of 25W without any HS.

  • Hi mate! Great job! Could you send me part list, schematic and pcb layout to cs(dot)locsos(at)gmail(dot)come? I would like make my own hydrogen generator.

  • sir how about the value of the resistor R5, R6, R8 the K is in between of it. like in R5 is 5K6 just confused? 56K or realy 5K6? thanks!

  • @PRANING06 5K6 = 5.6K the K takes the place of the decimal point.

  • thank you very much ! sir really appreciated. but sir just little bit confused bout the 3 pin jumper like you said even in the schematic i cant find were to connect the third pin. and about your efie is that 12v supplied? thanks again...

  • just confused about the jumper looks like only 2 pins in the schematics but in that one you holding on is 3 pins. thanks!

  • @PRANING06 It is indeed a 3 pin jumper

  • and also its posible to send me parts list and pcb layout for model.. thank younvery much! here my email " rpmoreno05@yahoo.com" thanks again!

  • hi sir! how many volts for all the capacitors in it?

  • can you email me the parts list to kevlo2000 @ yahoo dot come?

  • can you email me the parts list to kevlo2000 @ yahoo dot come?

  • hello would pass me the pcb pwm this email, my email is

paulosagatiba@gmail.com, if not too much to ask of the schemes would also

electrical, and EFEI also, thanks great job.

    Paulo Brazil.

  • like gan

  • Hey can I control a 110vdc motor with this?

  • @brenck No, its a 12/24v curciut.

  • @delvis11 I think you can with a relay

  • megustari saber mas de pwm 50 amper ysu custrusion gracias

  • I am doing that with PICs or AVR microcontrolers. So forget all transistors except MF1&MF2 and D2 then add one AVR e.g. Attiny13 and one Pot of 10K and instead of ZD1 of 10v put 5,6V. or use 7805 mini. If you add one more pot you can change base freq.

  • knlkjlj

  • ok i've email you to at s_sdell@yahoo.com as you asked me to and also i've included another mail from yahoo pepe_moro_tudela@yahoo.es , hope you could send me the schematic. thnks a million.

  • can this PWM be used on a HHO generator??

  • @pepemorotudela yes. If you want to save time I have this for sale on my website.

  • @delvis11 the thing is that i'm not in USA , i live in Lima Peru and i'm pretty sure that the shipping would be more expensive than the PWM it self and a i don't have anyone traveling to or from USA.

  • can this PWM be used on a HHO generator???

  • would you please email me the pcb and if possible the components list, since i'm not an expert in electricity and would like to build one.... my emial is pepino_moro@hotmail thank you.

  • @pepemorotudela there is something wrong with your email. I cant send it. email me at s_sdell@yahoo.com

  • @delvis11

could you also send me to pcb diagram solder side, im having a hard time convertin schematics, tnx!

  • "UF"!? WTF?

  • @XTYNoLuck micro farad

  • hai I'm hendrik from Indonesia, could you email me the pcb or schematic to me please ? hand_rich@yahoo.com

    thanks a lot

  • Can you send me the pcb please?? Thanks so much.

    tusmuertosacaballos@hotmail.com

  • Could you email me the pcb please?

  • @828rb OK SO EVERYONE WANTS ME TO EMAIL THIS TO THEM. "please email this to me" I NEED TO HAVE YOUR EMAIL. SO IF YOU WANT THE FILE MESSAGE ME ME WITH YOUR EMAIL..

  • can you e-mail me this please ? mitzacusino@yahoo.com

  • please e/mail me this ..

  • @beachbuggy100 whats your email?

  • can I get a copy to ? what is the basic Idea with a PWM ? do you need to be continually s adjusting it when driving ?

  • Where i can find pcb or schematisc for your project?

  • @Zoomtronic1 give me your email and i will send it to you

  • Hey your videos are good, you can bring or send the PCB 30 amp circuit pwm please

  • @basis1305 message me with your email

  • I use a car signal flasher as my PWM, pls watch my video, hope u can share something about it....thankz ang regards....

  • MXA066 PWM DC Motor controller, for people wanting more details of it.

  • Thats rigth amigo FR 302

  • yaw boring kids stuf i rigt my own amp's this is just child stuff i have already build that junk where are the old tubes those are still make more hq sound than transistors damm if you see my you tube pagen you can see what i work whit evry amp you see ia rigt beyond its original capcity power it dubble its power in watts

  • Thank you for this video

  • nice job, delvis, thank you for sharing

  • can you send me the PDF of the circuit plz.

  • this work on 24vdc 250w 14A motor??

  • 24v an 14a is336 watts

This can handle 24v @15a for a short period of time. It will run great at 10a with a fan.

    see my website for details.

  • What frequency is it operating at do you know?

  • 100 mhz

  • a doubt, because you replaced the Byw95 diode FR302?

  • hi delvis 11, can you please upload the diagram in a megaupload server , or rapidshare server ?

  • I have it on .pdf

email me and i will send it to you

  • Hi Delvis, Pls tell me what is current input. Do you need a battery to get 30 amps out put or with 12V DC 5 amps converter can I get 30 amps output. Is it a power amplifying circuite. Pls explain me.

  • I have purchased 6 of these the old ones required considerable beefing of the solder on the back wich kept burning off now I have 1 with a 75 amp mosfet on it wich stopped working and I cant figure out what keeps burning out [2nd one] can you tell me whats most likely the culprit thanks Rick

  • usually the mosfet will fail. i have burned a few of these too. best thing to do with these 30 amp units is to put a 25 amp fuse on them and the use of a fan helps. The mx067 is a lot better 30amp unit.

  • Keep it up! 'Cool how you handled vicious comments.

    Thanks for the schematic!

  • DIY Its work DoublerVoltage In12V to35V, out 24Vto 76V circuit fr. ElecFree com "search 12v to 24v dc to dc converter IC 40106, change BYWS1P1-200 to FT2000G n all the Capacitor into higher value, work very well together with PWM G Forrest Cook, all MostFeT using IRF250 w/Big Heat sink , 30Amp Max. for any HHO Cell thks :)) cheer happy rolling

  • those wires are far too thin

  • I at no point say i designed the circuit. get back on your toy and ride on home to mom for a bottle. you seem hungry.

  • Only a complete novice would use a household wall switch in such a circuit. It's quite evident you're just presenting someone elses's "PWM" (motor control) as your own, "Suzieloverpants " has you correctly identified. NOT IMPRESSED!

  • I like the style the schematic is drawn.

    CAD program?

  • Hi, Can you explain what is 12v-24v jumper and what is R12 resister capacity?. In place of jumper what else can be substituted

  • Hi,

I want to build this pwm circuit. can you email me the circuit with parts list. I have few doubts, like what is jumper? please reply me.

  • You no this unit can be bought complete for $42 bucks.

    please message me.

  • I think your having a bad day.

I never said this was my circuit. A user asked me for the circuit that I didn't have so I made a video to help.

I now have this on .pdf if anyone needs it.

Get your facts straight. This is a PWM which can also be used to control a motor. And yes you can find these on ebay. Thats no secret

Give your mom a call. I think you may need a hug.

  • suzie cue don't you look like a fool.

  • do you have the plans posted somewhere? so that i can make a pcb123 diagram fromw them?

  • Looks like the one from H2 Garage, with LM 324 and 555.

  • yah it does use a lm324

  • ..I am very interested to purchase one(PWM). Can you kindly tell me how much it cost and where to purchase. THANKS.

  • interesting, however i found it extremely hard 2...concentrate on what u were saying as you took increasingly long to explain urself...

  • nice work!

  • What value of pot would you put in the place of R4 in the circuit to adjust the frequency?

  • 50k

  • Is this PWM fixed to 100Hz or is it frequency ajustable... 100Hz is very low if you have resonance in mind and want to strike it.

    Cheers and thank you

  • if you remove r4 you can put a pot in and adjust the frequency.

  • Hey delvis do you build those pwms yourself or buy them and resell them? also where did you get the schematics for the EFIE because i built one too and would like to compare.
