  • lol nice

  • 61 people play call of duty, all the time. It's real. Nice vid...

  • Very impressive shot! I believe it's a real one. 600+ yeards is a bit far for a squirrel, but it can be done! Also, I want that fucking camera! Nice zoom out!

  • Awsome shot. I believe its real. Really lucky with angle and lighting but that squirrel got blown away

  • I want one of these when the zombies come.

  • Very Very Very nice shot! Even if it was rock shrapnel you still got the little fucker =)

  • mighty fine shot!

  • THAT GUN IS AWESOME I WANT

  • I love watching bullet vapor trails

  • awesome. 31 seconds. re-live it.

  • go to 30 the vapor trial is real

  • try it yourself before you call a shot fake.

I really do believe there are some arse holes on youtube that watch the videos other hunters have uploaded and get a kick out of calling them fake because they couldn't even come close to making such a shot.

all the COD and AA players should stick to what they know.

just because you can't shoot for shit doesn't mean the rest of us can't.

    excellent shot btw mate.

  • @RooRtoker101 This video is untouched and what you see is a vapor trail from the actual bullet. People can try and explain it away and claim the shot was fake, but I watched it with my own eyes. The camera and light angle highlight the vapor trail well.

  • Looked like the bullet hit the rock (right of the squirrel) first, going by the white dust, and rock shrapnel did the kill..A 300 RUM would near disintergrate the squirrel..Still a nice shot..

  • one more time...0:30

  • 600 yards holy shit man!!

  • OUT STANDING SHOT!

  • Wouldn't the squirell explode?

  • @g2g4m10 watch all the way to the end and look on the ground in front of the rifle :)

  • Great shot, beautiful rifle.

  • nice trick 2 way radios are handy makeing a trick film bullet smear was a nice touch

  • @jok325635 Crap! Someone finally figured out our trick!!!

  • holy crap i cant make that shot for my life

  • So apparently YouTube just age restricted this video... Funny thing is, that in the preview they show the public... the dead squirrel is laying on the rocks.

  • @gocloneyourself

Im pretty sure that even if it's illegal to shoot a squirrel with a centerfire, the cop that catches this guy is just going to want to shake his hand for popping a squirrel at 600+ yards. Besides there wouldn't be anything left of the squirrel so no evidence haha

  • nice vapor trail and great shot!

  • nice vapor trail

  • WWWWWWWWWWWhat the f*ck! Excellent shot! :-)

  • what a shot... fuckin sweet

  • what make and power scope did you use?

and is this a factory round , or do you reload

  • big squrirel gun hate to see ur dear riffle

  • dude, I'm pretty sure it's illegal to shoot squirrels with a centerfire rifle

  • @gocloneyourself Somebody cawll the CAAAAAAAAWWWPS!!!!!

  • Did he died?

  • you can shoot an apple off my head any day, thats one hell of a shot, cheers

  • WOW thats all i can say

  • DAMN NICE SHOT!!! ihave difficulty picture distance just by hearing it i knew 637yd was far but every time i thought camera would stop backing up and the end IT KEPT GOING!!!!

  • amazing shot

  • nice shoot!

but why are you shooting squirrls?

  • Nice shot, Nice gun, Nice zoom-out, Nice landscape.

You ever wonder why people can kill each other and feel no remorse? You know, like the really fucked up psychopath's and whatnot who have no idea why they wanted to chop women into peices and keep their feet in a ziplock bag in the freezer? I wonder if they just saw the human equivalent of a cute little squirrel..............

  • It's called spotting your vapor trail. This is taught in LR shooting to spot your impact, just like using a brake as he did. Hard to spot the vapor trail on bigger guns without brakes, I brake my .223/.204's with the JP recoil eliminator. Makes spotting shots very easy. A coyote/other varmint and my 18" AR15 SPR in .204 in a 6-800yd open space, and it's bye bye coyote. Great shot man! Everyone has a gun that shoots same hole @ 100yd( with stock gun) at least till they get to my range, lol.

  • this was awsome, only thing better than the bullet wave was when you zoomed out

  • realy how much?

  • i see the bullet O:<

  • HOLY SHIT!!!! I just realized how much I suck at shooting. Great vid.

  • it was not squirrel , also was not hit .

  • Any Military Training?

  • @MrChampion63 Me (the camera operator) yes, the shooter? nope. We are both pretty self taught with some input from some pretty good marksman.

  • what caliber r u using

  • @skygun113 the video comments above contain all the details you seek

  • Vapor trail is awesome!

  • H-O-L-Y shIT

  • good shit

  • is it normal to think this is funny :k

  • how much to buy one?

  • @seelong07 if you have to ask... too much :)

  • No! I don't think chucknor, teach him how to shoot. I believe Bruce Lee did.

  • some shot. some camera too.

  • LENGEN wait for it.............DARY!!!!!

  • @Irish16King gotta love Barney Stinson

  • nice vapor trail

  • What state or area of World is this? It is beautiful.

  • @ntrudr800 good ol' Southern Oregon

  • i looked like it hit the rock and bounced on target, terrific shot tough.

  • What dot did you use when you shot that squirrel i use the second from the middle bottom

  • @geeksquad000 For these types of shots we typically dial the exact MOA into the elevation and aim with the center cross hair.

  • squirrel is very VERY FUBAR

  • wow, nice shot!

  • So what was the caliber and grain of the bullet?

  • holy fuck

  • sir.. delta is looking for some new snipers...

  • @eXhaustedWisdom We appreciate the complement, but I don't think they could afford us and our schedules :)

  • OMG HOW FAR BRILLIENT SHOOTING MAN

  • did Chuck Norris teach you how to shoot?

  • @SuperEnterprise01 we taught him

  • were you using a telephoto lens on the camera or does it just have that good of zoom stock? if you were using a tele lens what power was it? were you using optical zoom only or digital zoom as well?

  • @conatuslife This was just the standard zoom with a bit of digital zoom going on as well.

  • thumbs up if you saw the bullet before it hit the squirrel

  • Am I the only one the noticed the shock wave as the bullet traveled?

  • @TsAlayna No that was cool, wasn't it! At around 31 sec.

  • @TsAlayna

I believe it is the vapour trail of hot gasses stuck in a vortex behind the bullet.

  • @TsAlayna Looked like the matrix.

  • @TsAlayna You mean the bullet's 'trace'?

    . . .I should stop watching the military channel. . .

  • @TsAlayna it's called a bullet trace genius...

  • @TsAlayna no, and you probably didnt see the thing about to charge either, self defence

  • @TsAlayna Aka Vapor Trail

  • @TsAlayna its actually a vapor trail. as a large caliber bullet travels through the air, it moves so fast it heats the air around it and seperates the moisture from the air. we use vapor trails to correct long range shots in the sniper "biz"

  • @TsAlayna

    DAMN! I saw it too!

  • Great shot

  • WOW, Fantastic shooting well done!

  • Public road?

  • @damnU2 Its actually a 12 lane super highway during rush hour traffic. (hint: check the video comments above to see if I'm lying)

  • @MacBookProAR haha funny

  • at 31 you can see the bullet

  • amazing shot!

  • wow thats awesome! i wish i was that good!

  • Very cool

  • Hell of a shot. You should go play in Afghanistan with that thing and see what you can take down

  • amazing, you sure don't have to worry about a runnaway deer with that kind of shot! good job!

  • What reticle is on your scope. Also how much did you have to comp for the angle of shot, if at all.

  • @CallMeDoug87 now we use the NP-R1 or velocity, but I think at the time this was the NP-R2... He says the MOA elevation change at the end. I think it was 14 something.

  • @CallMeDoug87 Sorry it was around 14 moa on the goat shot. This was around 7-10 moa.

  • still a great shot none the less. he was shooting at something the size of your fist. even if it wasnt 637 yards or 636 and 11/12 . that was pretty awesome.

  • Wow! Great shot!

  • Good god, you can see the sheer power just by looking behind the bullet. Look at the stream it leaves as it flies.

  • why would you shoot a squirrel with a .300RUM, just hunt for food fag

  • @keesurt It is not your right to judge him for shooting a squirrel, with a .300RUM or a 20mm Solothurn for that matter. A squirrel is a rodent, same family as a RAT. It is just "cuter" to some of you fruits. Personally, I only shoot what I eat, but I don't judge others.

We used to be a "free" country when we were a Republic before the country was taken over by busybodies who intrude in the lives and of others. Mind your own life, it's likely screwed up enough.

  • looked like it hit a little right to me...

  • awesome shot that be a long ways out there great video

  • Daaaaaamn

  • what kind of glass do you have on top?

  • @NChiker2 All of your questions can be answered in the video comments above :)

  • that bullet traveled a little fast to be 637 yards. you might have mis-measured...

  • @Bobby15ish1 nope, it was laser measured and our drop charts confirm it. The 300 RUM is a very fast flat shooting round.

  • @MacBookProAR no thats gotta be around 600 yrds!! awesome shot lol

  • @MacBookProAR Muzzle velocity for .300 RUM is about 3250 fps (Remington 300 Rem. Ultra Mag. PL III 180 Grain). That makes it about .58 sec to squirrel...which looks about right from the video. The critter never knew what hit him -- nice shot! BTW, how do you prepare squirrel? Grilled with a slather of teriyaki sauce sounds like it might work... ;-)

  • Uhhhhh........... I wish i was your neighbour... At first i thought it was an airrifle and then *POP*.. That was awsome so.... awsome, How did you manage that with windage and elevation. You must have been doing this a long time! Nice!

  • shooting tawred a road ...

  • that camera has some crazy zooming capabilities

  • Great shot!! But it looked a little to the right. Possibly slight wind drift.

And the vapor trail did look awesome.

  • and thats when i shot my first squirrel with my .243

  • Oowwwww i love that shockwave you see :D

  • how many seconds did the bullet takes the impact?

  • Damn lucky I'm not a squirrel

  • i wonder how long it took this guy to sight the gun in that accurate!!!

  • 1. How the hell would you even see something that small, from that far away?

    2. Why go through all that just a get a SQUIRREL?

    3. You must be a hell of a shot to hit that, no joke.

  • @camdon15 We scouted the pile the day before, because it was more fun than shooting with a pistol from 10' away and thank you.

  • Bloody hell good shot! The heatwaves would have made that super hard never mind the mega distance and small target

  • Peas and rice! What rifle is that and where can I get one from lol

  • how much would a gun like that cost?

  • jesus crist thats awsome , ive defo sibed u i want to see more(BAB ASS OR WHAT)..

  • incredible camera, I want one.

  • holly shit.. you can see the heat wave that trails before the bullet hits its mark. god damn thats awsome.

  • you can see the vapor trail :)

  • HELL YEAH! love it!

  • BAM! HELL YEAH! love it!

  • BAMB!!!!!!!!!!!!! FUCK YEAH!

  • shit that was amazing they should get you to kill Justin biber

  • may i ask what you sight in at? and if so can you remember how much MOA you were adding to get that shot off?

  • Saw the path of the bullet when it was shot. Boss.

  • bet it was a 22-250.

  • what is this for a refile dude

  • nice shot bro

  • incredible shot bro mad props, keep up the videos

  • How in the hell did you know there was a squirrel there?!

  • damn!! nice shot! you could see the bullet trail

  • With a camera like that...you can easily see the dingleberries hanging off of Bigfoot's ass!

  • I am more amazed at the cameras ability to zoom...wtf

  • damn

  • put this guy on a sniper team!

  • well squirrels it seams the ball is in your court...

  • @mr1000rx I agree. Can't ever trust those guys and them IEDs.

  • that was amazing :O

  • Nice shot.

  • my cousin would have tried to shot that with a bb gun from that far away!

  • holy shit did anyone else see that matrix bulllet lol

  • am I the only one that was thinkin "shoot the damn thing already!!!"?

  • DAMNNNN you saw the shockwave that was sick

  • Can you light this match ... So I can smoke this cigarette ,while the squirrel-dumpling's simmer ?

  • What is the caliber of your rifle ?

  • i could see the bullet fly:)

  • he didnt get it

  • That little squirl bastard was planting an IED in the road...

    Now that's home land security...

  • damn you fucked that bitch up :D

  • that critter was clearly planting a road side bomb.

  • You shot a squirrel? You bastard.. D:

  • stay with squirells

    chill with bears

    im down with them!

  • haha god dang wat a shot ,

  • Nice shoot I've only just starting shooting I'm starting on targets first then moving on and I had 10 shoots to shoot and hit 9 this was my first time this was at 100 yards I was happy with my self.

  • Nice shot dude

  • I love the shock wave right before the critter eats it!

  • and WHY?

  • Just watched the video... didn't read all the comments... not saying that the rifle or scope or anything else is no good, but the shot actually missed. It looks like the ricochet killed the squirrel.

  • @squidmedic wrote, "Just watched the video... didn't read all the comments... not saying that the rifle or scope or anything else is no good, but the shot actually missed. It looks like the ricochet killed the squirrel."

    I AGREE.

The shot was incredibly accurate at that distance, but the bullet did not hit the squirrel. Rather, it was shattering rocks that offed the squirrel.

Again though, off by about 1" on a squirrel at 600+ yards is fantastic shooting/rifle/optics combination.

  • That's was a hell of a shot, damn zombie squirrels!

  • nice shot
