We made this video to show our City Council and they actually fixed some of the problems fairly quickly, particularly the bus! Others we are still working on, that's why the video is still on You Tube. We now do Disability Awareness training for council employees, hopefully we can preempt some of the problems.

Excellent video. I should do one like this on where I live. These are common obstacles for anyone with a handicap.
