  • Reqally good. Japanese pro baseball really does look like the Big Time.

  • @tigerarmyrule Thank you

  • @thomasgotschalk Your welcome. It helps having the Giants in town but it seems like every seat is filled and the lights and capacity crowd does look great. What does a seat cost? Is it dearer if the Giants or Tigers are in town? Of course in the TV age ( baseball just isn't made for TV like soccer/football are ) baseball has to fight its corner against soccer in Japan and American Football in North America but it seems to be doing fine in Fukuoka.

  • @tigerarmyrule I believe baseball is still the number 1 sport in Japan with football ("soccer" to you) as a close number 2. The price of a ticket depends entirely on the seat of choice, not who the visiting team is. The tickets for this specific game was about 3000yen (bought at a 7eleven in advance) it would be double if bought at the gates. This was actually my first game in Fukuoka, usually I watch baseball in Tokyo, prices are a little bit more expensive there, but still worth it.

  • Cool. (^_~
