  • SCUMBAG WORLD CLASS CHEF: Makes a living off cooking gourmet food, still burns toast.

  • I would give the scrambled eggs to a cat and then when he has finished we would fly to the moon :)

  • Leave it to the english to ruin scrambled eggs

  • gordon ramsey...cheerful?! WTF

  • L.. Human. &@""'kmiijkmnnb,m.m,.,.,....NHL,

  • best bit was the last 5 seconds

  • Best Scrambled eggs I've ever made...I'll never go back to my old way! Seriously these are absolutely excellent!

  • RAMSAAAAAAAYYYYYYYYYYY! YOU BURNT THE TOAST!!!!

  • Fattening. But a good wathc thanks for the post.

  • @arji66 That's why small portions are important! It wasn't just a large plate of eggs. It was bread, vegetables and a few spoons of scrambled egg on top. Eat that once or twice a week and I'm sure you'll be fine.

  • Give a girl that breakfast and you'll get to bed ZING

  • @sawyerbobby thats not a bad idea :D

  • wooooo damn that looks good.

  • give it to her in bed... for breakfast

    LOOOOOOOOOOOOL

  • I'm not a fan of Gordon Ramsey, but that was a very instructional video. I shall give it to my Mrs this weekend.

  • Can't even cook toast

  • Give it to her in bed, lol. Cheeky bastard. But alas, he is married. *le sigh*

  • LMFAO so if you want to be a good boyfriend upstairs now then Give it to her in bed... FOR BREAKFEST HAHA JESUS

  • OMG - he actually messed up on something

  • This was amazing. I've been cooking eggs for 10 years and never considered how to make it so special for my family. Thank you Ramsey. xoxo

  • That bread looks older than my grandmum!

  • so whos the better chef, ramsay or jamie oliver?

  • @MrSingmealullaby Ramsay is a chef. Oliver is a cook.

  • What kinda of mushrooms are that?

  • @spaniardmale77 Could it be Portobello? I'm not sure though.

  • @amraz88 Yeah, thank you! :)

I saw them at the market today and they are big. Im going to try this recipe.

  • Yeah bitches! Got me some free range grain fed straight from a farm xlarge white mofos!! Some sour cream. Going to cook the shit out of some scrambled eggs!!!.

  • he f!@#$% burn the toast!

  • i cooke mah eggz on da pavment in da summa. nice an crunchie

  • I love how in his show Hell's Kitchen hes the devil himself but in real life he's actually a nice guy.

  • Give it some creme fraiche.....awwww yeah

  • I make my scrambled egg in a microwave.. :)

  • @danJmcneil No, you don't. You make some kind of weird steamed egg concoction. If you like it, fine; but don't serve it to me as scrambled eggs. There are many people who think that hard, tight curds of cooked mixed eggs with some watery ooze on the plate are "scrambled eggs." They are missing out. Properly scrambled eggs don't break. They are creamy, light, and uniform in texture (much like what is shown here).

  • @FinnMcRiangabra i dont make it for a cafe or restaurant i make it for myself. jeese.

  • @FinnMcRiangabra You're so embarrassing.

  • @FreeTrecker I usually like Ramsay's recipes, but I have to agree with you on this one.

  • The man can cook, but he burns bread?

    So he IS human...

  • does he means high heat when he says nice generous heat on 1:46?

  • @vaicnn ....uhhhh.... yeah....if you give generously do you hold back?? think.

  • made this. AMAZINGGGGG

  • Over complicated mush.

  • He burnt the toast! XD that's great

  • i love the criticism and moaning from a bunch of smartarses who wouldn't last an hour in a professional kitchen. the guy didn't get to where he is without knowing his stuff inside out. making staples like scrambled eggs is like breathing for the guy - totally effortless.

  • umm, no..thanks.

  • Not good. Ewwww.

  • gonna try this haha

  • what the fuck is this shit?

  • I love you Gordonnnnn <3

  • Putting butter makes it all heavy and unhealthy. I beat 2 eggs with a tablespoon of water, put them in the pan with a little sunflower oil, and they get really fluffy and airy. Chives are a nice idea, though.

  • @Tihbialdunav butter gets a bad rap. Back in the day (before the 70s) butter was a staple in our diet, yet people were skinny and were relatively healthier than now. So the blame can't be put on butter if it's not consumed in massive quantities. Why then is it people are obese and unhealthy today? Because of processed foods, high fructose corn syrup and fast food - which is the only difference between diet back then and now. People should be more concerned about preservatives and other chemicals

  • @dachicagoan very correct......butter also increases your bodies ability to absorb nutrients........ People could eat plenty of butter daily if they were more active too

  • microwave.....2mins DONE

  • @Rubberdinghyrapids I guess anything can be edible if you try hard enough.

  • Can turn restaurants around but can't make toast. Gordon Ramsay.

  • i tried this, and its reall delicious, but i've got just one problem, the egg sticks on my pan, it is bcus i hav a low quality pan?

  • @tooootlee you need a non stick pan, go to tesco's or something and ask for a non-stick pan, or fry using clarified butter, however u cant use butter for all ur fry ups. hope that helped

  • @tooootlee its because your stupid

  • @HaamSammich Well your mom sucked off a horse so you're forgiven.

  • @championofcathay u being stupid has nothing to do with my sluty mother

  • @HaamSammich Well you being stupid, on the other hand, has *everything* to do with your slutty mother.

  • @championofcathay im not stupid your the idiot that doesn't know how to cook

  • @tooootlee Probably the heat is too high, especially if youre using a non stick pan. Try lowering the heat, and stir more frequently. On low heat it should not be sticking, unless you havent put any oil/butter in

  • @tooootlee It's probably because you overheat the eggs, which happens easier when you use a frying pan instead of a pot (since the eggs are spread out in a thinner layer). Also, be careful with the heat on the stove and try stirring more frequently, constantly controlling the temperature of the eggs themselves (and not only the pot).

  • Half a table spoon of...what?

  • @KoreaXFan half a table spoon of crem fresh ...or sour cream i think

  • I've cooked my scrambled eggs this way for years, on and off the heat, and it really does make the creamiest scrambled eggs. My mom taught me this shit years ago.

  • Pro tip: leave the bread out for a few hours before cooking especially if you don't use sourdough. Let it dry out a bit and once the eggs go on it will be the perfect crunchiness. Leave out overnight for french toast.

Say what you want about this dude, he doesn't fuck around at breakfast.

  • @cityofwhat Levae out overnight for french toast? Check (since this makes it absorb more of the egg mixture). But leaving it out for the eggs? Why?

  • @nyo267n I do it so the toast stays crisp once the eggs go on it. Only for a few hours if I have the time and foresight to cut and leave out early. I like my eggs a little runny so they tend to turn the toast mushy, but if it's just a little stale everything comes together nicely. I'm glad you commented because I had forgotten about this video, now I'm hungry for some eggs and toast!

  • @nyo267n btw I usually like baguette instead of sourdough so that's part of the reason I need to dry it out a little.

  • @cityofwhat Seems like a sound method, but why not try toasting it in a pan with a little bit of olive oil? In my experience, it crisps up and stays that way for a longer period of time without feeling dried out ;)

  • olive oil on toast, whats wrong with butter?

  • @TheRealJoeSparrow it´s has a stronger taste, and also healthier.. i prefer olive oil instead of butter on my bread.

  • RISOTTO

  • The bread was a good quality. Maybe it's a scrambled eggs in England, but it's very different and tastier in Europe.

  • He says they always get a new chef to cook scrambled egss.. to test them.. and then he burns the toast.. what a joke..

  • @r6ual It is just toast, you are making a big deal of this why? You do not need skill to toast bread.

  • I made these and my dad can't stop asking me to make them. Yes, the eggs look kind of odd but SO delicious.

  • Comment removed

  • the bread got burnt! alas, he is human!

  • THE BREAD IS BURNNNNNNNNNN !!!! SHUT IT DOWN..... hahaha :)

  • Those scrambled eggs look like the texture must suck; bet they taste good though.

  • I've never seen scrambled eggs like this....

  • what an oily breakfast

  • @sixpointneuf

Not even. Unless you always eat healthy, there is so much worse you can do. Besides breakfast should be rich.

  • @rushnerd right, I mean he probably used olive oil, but a lot of it none the less: on the tomatoes, to cook the eggs, and on the bread

  • @sixpointneuf It is olive oil not cooking oil. Olive oil isn't bad for you.

  • CREEEEEEME FRAAAIIIIICHE!!!

  • Im sorry, but the guru of chefs cant make eggs without burning toast.. does anyone not see something wrong with this... ?!? just a thought...

  • I agree, its ridiculous. 3 Michelin star restaurants mean NOTHING if you burn a piece of toast. My Gawd what a fraud Gordon ramsay is! What is that you say? the end result was amazingly delicious? So what he burnt a piece of toast! Everyone makes mistakes? Not with toast and not when its the guru of chefs!

  • @Kindred1a1 If that's the only thing you can find wrong with him then that tells you alot about how good a cook he is. Its a friggin piece of bread

  • @UpLikeWade i'm glad u responded i was beginning to think " wait, is all this about a burnt piece of toast?" I was going to give the same response myself

  • @UpLikeWade

.......you realize I was mocking r6ual's post by being overly sarcastic to the point of being ridiculous in my claims right....

  • wow my scrambled eggs look NOTHING like that thats like the texture of mashed potatoes almost

  • Give it to her in bed LMFAO!!!!

  • am i the only one who thnks that gordon was geeked when he did this

  • wow, that really is an amazing breakfat, but not the heathiest......

Give it to her in ber....>THE BREAKFAST!!

    LoL

  • Fanboi:OMG ITS RAMZAY!

Chef Ramay: SHUT THE *BLEEP*! YOU CALL THIS *BLEEP* CHEERING? GO *BLEEP* YOURSELF YOU *BLEEP* *BLEEEEEEEEP*

Fanboi: D: talk about a deuche bag...

Chef Ramay: YOU JUST GOT RAMZAYED BIACH!

  • salmonella?? o.0

  • He makes mistake toooo =OOOOOOOOOOOO=DDDDDDDDD

  • That was a big-ass chunk of butter man! And a big glob of whatever that sour cream stuff was. Perfect eggs are like 1/3rd other dairy products?

  • That was a big-ass chunk of butter man

  • foodgasm

  • This literally looks fucking amazing.

  • i love you gordon

  • watching him throw a piece of burnt sour bread toast ninja style is so cool

  • Whenever I have a new cook in the kitchen I have them make toast. If they can cook toast without burning it, then I know they know how to cook properly.

  • I still think that he's a butt hole.

  • Made these scrambled eggs yesterday, best I've ever had, no kidding.

  • Spell his fucking name right.

  • "if you want to be a good boyfriend upstairs now, and give it to her in bed. .... the breakfast"

  • Ummmmm isn't the eggs supposed to be fluffy not gooey? And HOLY CRAP HE BURNED TOAST!

  • @Ayame247 I just made eggs like this. The consistency made me think I fucked it up somehow. I will agree it looks odd, but good god is it delicious. Its the butter he put in in the beginning that makes it like that. And butter is never bad.

  • @bmehilos

    Ooh! Gotcha!

  • WTF. How can you make something simple so complex?

  • worst scrambled eggs ever. please do not use this recipe, wow.

  • yeah, he's still a twat though.

  • You cant add salt because it breaks down the eggs, but you add butter immediately? Do you know whats in butter, YOU *$#% DONKEY!

  • @PhreakerX Use unsalted butter you twat

  • HAHA I usually burn the toast too.

  • ... but he can't even make toast properly? Well there goes his credibility.

  • Gordon Ramsey seems a lot nicer when he's the cook

  • Don't substitute anything out except for your seasonings! This isn't a breakfast for everyday if you're trying to lower your fat and carb intake. It's a treat, don't ruin it for yourself.

  • So if I master the art of the scrambled egg I can troll Ramsey into hiring me?

  • Gordon Ramsey just made a "that's what she said" joke at the end.

  • South Park comes to mind

  • Looks great! A bit too much butter for me tho, maybe you could use margarine instead?

  • that's a lot of butter for 3 eggs yay delicious cholesterol

  • What was this filmed with? A spatula?

  • @rydogg707 idiot alert

  • @rydogg707 my thoughts exactly

  • and just give it to her in bed ... breakfast

  • This seems very counter-productive to any sort of diet one would try to go on.

  • @RealKengeki I do not believe it was his intention to showcase a dieters meal.

  • @RealKengeki Take out the bread (and possibly the tomatoes) and this would be a very good low-carb breakfast.

  • @bernlin2000 Take out everything and there's no carbs at all!! Fantastic!

  • @soysauceplz Not really; if he takes out the toast and the butter, and use little oil, it might as well be a very good, healthy breakfast for people like me, who are on a low carb diet but load most of their calories in the morning. Add some tuna there, and you've got a protein bomb.

  • @bernlin2000 Tomatoes are good carbs, they absorb slower in the body and are thus good for you. That toast, however, is the devil.

  • @RealKengeki depends what kind of diet....diet doesnt just mean to lose weight

  • creme fraiche

  • I just did this this morning, had no chives or creme Fraiche but I improvised.... Best damn eggs I've ever had.

  • He's a wanker!

A wanker that makes fucking amazing scrambled eggs.

  • @WarrenAch

    Stfu. Dont question gordon's authority

  • creme fraiche

  • @TD2102 Oh fuck yea

  • it's called cream fraiche

  • going to make it tomorrow morning. i cant wait

  • non e' vero millman!

  • oh i can see the love in these eggs.

  • What is "cream fresh"?

  • @edgelife23 Creme fresh - like sour cream, use Google my friend

  • right at the end....

"if u wanna be a good boyfriend than give it to her in the bed.............the breakfast" lol

  • wow, first time i'm seeing chef Gordan Ramsey smiling

  • Who the fuck mixes tomatoes and mushroom together in the morning ?

If you want your stomach to explode by lunch time you're starting well.

  • lol burnt toast.

  • "Give it to her in bed. Er, the breakfast"

  • what if I dont have bread, tomatoes or mushrooms, can I still make scrambled eggs

  • @mryjn420090 I thought the same too :-)

  • those eggs were not fullly cooked. they were watery. he even said they were supposed 2 b fluffy but he didnt take his own advice

  • @artace1987

dude, it IS cooked and fluffy..

i know, because i'm in the live breakfast buffet egg station, where i make omelettes, scrambles eggs, fried eggs, etc etc, in a hotel..

THAT is indeed fluffy scrambled eggs..

  • 'run upstairs now and give it to her in bed'

  • i want to marry a chef.

  • hahah i did too!

  • @cormack007 dude, your the stupid cunt who saw rocky and thinks that's healthy for you. There is a chance of getting sick! What the FUCK is the issue?! Get salmonella. I love how no matter what post it is, there is always a internet tough guy. Please look up the facts then get back to me. Eat a dick too, while your at it.

  • fuckup amateur

  • And @Dotaismyname , you have no idea of my culinary attributes.

  • @xDaalleeeeX salmonella poisoning. That's all I have to say. A risk is a risk, if you want to take that risk, go ahead. Eat raw, or under cooked eggs.

  • Wow its amazing! I tired to make some scrambled eggs like this and it taste so good! Thanks Ramsey.

  • Gordon says creme fresh which is a sort of sour cream. It is in the Hispanic section in some stores. You can find it in the dairy case. My 6 year old loves them, without the chives, of course. Took a while to perfect, but was worth it!
