  • Just saw this live, loved it. Went to downtown disney in orlando

  • And the skipping ropes costumes Changed too because I just went last month and they were different

  • I wish I could see them, hopefully they come to australia for a show

    I really want to see

  • cant believe this actuualy showed on tv,

  • 10 people have never seen the show...

  • but it doesnt really start with this it stars with 2 clowns before they turn the lights off.

  • @jesahachelo15

That's not the intro of the real SHOW... It's just some entertainment while people wait for the show to start... ;-)

  • Is La Nouba owned by Disney?

  • @MsPhonicia No. If I'm not mistaken La Nouba is part of the Cirque Du Soleil (originally out of Canada) and is its own separate company. They are located in downtown disney in Florida, but that is a permanent location tent for them and has nothing to do with disney itself. Hope this helped :D

  • @stryden311

THANK YEW. I'm glad. WOO. And they stay in florida, EASY TRIPS FOR ME! :)

    You like em?

  • @MsPhonicia I love Cirque Du Soleil. I live no where near Florida but i went down to there on a trip to go to disney and there. They come around me every once in a while. I love them though.

  • @stryden311

Oh, I never seen em in person. But I love em too. :)

  • They still have a german wheel in the background later on in the performance, went to see la nouba last week. I personally enjoyed the jump ropes. All in all, the whole show was a masterclass and definitely worth the money :D

  • The German wheel act has been replaced by a jump rope act.

Its cool, but not as cool as the German Wheels

  • @destinyislandgirl Yeah, and in the video it looks like having the wheels would have been a lot better. Oh, well. It's still an awesome show :)

  • @destinyislandgirl No clue why they would dump them, they're awesome :(

Maybe because they also have it in quidam, so they dump these guys... :(

  • @VanyahaHeights They also have jump rope in Quidam...

  • @destinyislandgirl Oh my god they replaced I checked thats just silly the second thing they did this year or last year was stupid.

  • what's the name of the song when start the show???

  • @eavg1616 La Nouba

    easy to remember, lol

  • I saw this in Disney last May... This was BY FAR, the greatest example of human strength and ability I have ever seen.

    Totally mindfucked. Totally.

  • teufelhaus...I am thinking about going in September to see if within my Disney Vacation, but money is a little tight...do you think its worth going?

  • @mysweetillusion I saw it once live. I think it is an experience that everyone should have at least once. It was absolutely superb. Do it if money will allow. You will not be let down.

  • I saw this show at Disney World. Absolutely AMAZING!!!

  • mabye you should think about uploading a better quality of this.

  • Dude.. Cirque Du Soleil was so.. INCREDIBLE.

  • The strangest thing that ever happened to that fat cleaning lady. Probably the best to.

  • Cirque- a dream, an obsession, my life. LA NOUBE RULES!

  • no idea why no one has commented on this this year

i wish i could do just one of those things

  • @GamerSwag technically cirque du soleil doesnt have problems letting kids perform has long has they are willing too try and applied too but theres still an age requirement i mean imagine if they let a 2 year old... lol

  • those little asian girls will give you goosebumps ...

  • just saw it yesterday ... amazing show . i highly recommend .

  • i thought it was a russian wheel but oh well if im wrong

  • the 2 ppl sitting down @ the start are mi bro and mi dad lol!

  • what year did this show go? Because my aunt is playing the lady at the beginning for the year 07/08/09. Please help me :P

  • well you should recognize your auntie

  • @TheMrsrt8

It's kind of hard when she's making all that makeup + shitty video :P

  • does any one know the one with the three boys and they have the rope with the weights or laterns at the end. kinda like their version of the girls and diablos

  • For Color Guard, we are doing this music and some of the moves. I'm so excited. I hope we are half as good as they are. I know if we are, we're going to States for sure!

    -Sammie =D-

  • I received free tickets to this show, and at first I assumed it would be boring and gay. I was surprised how interesting it is in person. Now that I wanted to take my mom to the show for her B-day; I realized the tickets are 88.00 + tax for the seats I had. Now I see what a blessing those free tickets were. This show is much better when you are there, trust me, It will keep you entertained.

  • how you got free tickets for that show? i dont mind pay again for that amazing show but free is better lol

  • Gay is not a synonym for stupid. Just so you know.

  • i'm not gay but i'm really tired of people using the word gay to refer as something stupid or bad... my brother is gay and he's far away from being stupid... you should use a lil more of knowledge when refering to something. you could offend people easily without knowing, just keep that in mind my friend.

  • Mr Carlos, GAY originally meant happy, and was stolen by homosexuals to feel better. I know gays get offended but when your gay you just gotta deal with it. I thought the show would be gay, and I dont just mean stupid, but IDK....gay. Just b/c a person uses the term gay does not mean they hate gay people, I really dont care unless they try me. I live in Orlando, one of the gayest/homosexual places I haveseen and the Gays have plenty of money and rule downtown so I know them homos aint dumb.

  • I think people should just fucking get real and stop having dumbass arguments on a completely unrelated youtube video.

  • thx for telling us about your brother and your denotation of words (g@y in particular)

  • You didn't read my comment correctly. Las Vegas has 3 (now I am corrected it has 5). I have been to La Nouba, so I know it's in Orlando. You read too fast.

  • I saw this show last week @ Downtown Disney! It was amazing! My husband bought us front row tickets for our anniversary! The guy on the bike drove it and slammed on the breaks right in front of me! I yelled and flinched! When I looked up he was looking at me and then gave me a wink! I about peed my pants! It was awesome! The costumes and the music are just beautiful! Everybody should really go and see it!

  • I saw La Nouba on a band Spring Break this year, and it was AMAZING. The music is brilliant

  • Las Vegas not Orlando

  • 1:45 it says "filmed at Walt Disney resort in Orlando, Florida."

i saw it oh...five years ago there. ;3

  • yo quise entrar pero estaba muy caro xD

  • yeah all the cirque du soleil show came on brove nd i saw all of them

  • all I Remember of this show when i saw it in May 2002 is the Clowns.....

Wait I sometimes never like Clowns

  • I saw this at florida over spring break a few years ago. it was the best part of the trip. dont sit in the front unless you really want to be apart of the show

  • a recording is cool but nothing is as good as actually going. Tickets are always worth every penny!

  • La nouba is so brilliant.

  • que tan perfecto puede llegar a ser un ser humano...

    Lo ame!

  • the opening and its song was frickin amazing! my mouth was wide open when every1 walked in. it was worth every cent. ^_^

  • we just saw this on our honeymoon last week. every aspect was so impressive. not a second went by that we weren't entertained. worth every penny.

  • it's so briliant and so weird XD

  • ive been to it twice and was worth it. loved it soo much and i would go a 3rd time.

  • i so want to watch this show!!

i've been dying to see this!!

the only one they have in Las Vegas is "O" and something else... but i want to watch this one.

    :/

  • If you want to fly to the other side of the US, Florida has La Nouba in a permanent building...that's where I saw it. It was absolutely phenomenal. It's just more expensive. My mom says the tickets we got were 2x more expensive than the ones we got a couple weeks ago to see Kooza.

  • La Nouba is in Orlando Disney Downtown.

Las Vegas has 3 doesn't it? "O" Mysterie and Beatles Love?

  • Comment removed

  • Las Vegas now has 6. Mystere, Chriss Angel Believe, Zumanity, "O", LOVE and KA.

  • Para mi tambien ha sido el mejor espectaculo que he visto en mi vida!

  • sin duda el mejor espectaculo que visto

  • I absolutely loved watching this last week, i'm hitting it again when i go next year :D:D

  • I love this show

    is better live

and i love the le cons! they're sooo funny =)

  • This is so cool. I wish I could have gone to see that.

  • i dont remember that part

  • 4 15, whats the name of the song?

  • The song is called "once upon a time" on the CD its performed by O'Neill Langlois and on this video by Isabeau Proulx-Lemire and currently in Orlando its Ralph Daniel Rawe

  • are you sure? I listened to the song and it didn't sound like it.

  • Live versions and Soundtracks versions are really different from one another!!

  • The Green Bird is one of my favorites along the The Titan. My fave of them all though is the Walker. I find him funny but cute the way he walks around the stage ^^

  • Cirque Du Soleil is the best.

  • Why should he? You from sigfrid and roy?

  • there anychange to have cirque du soleil at disneyland resort tokyo is coming in october 1this fall cirque du soleil:tokyo

  • love it, but not feeling that hitler-esque march the boys keep doing.

  • with a name like 'BABIESBURN', how can anything offend you?

  • who's offended? i was merely commenting. it's not like i would have gotten up in the middle and left.

  • hitler wasnt german, he was austrian. get the facts before you decide to make a come-back next time.

  • notice i didn't make any claims to the man's nationality? i've taken european history, too. i'm merely saying the march the boys do reminds me of hitler's salute. if the boys seemed to imitate kim jong il's salute -- i would've written that. no one's trying to be a smartass. and god, you really shouldn't try either.

i understand that the intention of nouba's directors was not to imitate any dictatorial dance. i was poking a little fun at a show that i love. get off your high horse.

  • jfreed you smartass... not. lol i love la nouba's soundtrack and i also love that march those boys do it makes me feel so... happy idk :D

  • If you like this (which I really do) you have got to watch Fantasmic in Disney MGM studious

  • wey amo el cirque du soleil so its the better of the world

  • does anyone know if it will come on again?

  • this one is a permanent show right? where is it

  • It's in Orlando, Florida and on Walt Disney World property in their West Side district.

  • thanks

  • I've seen this show FIVE times (Because I keep dragging friends/family to go see it every chance I get.) My favorite out of all of the shows so far, and no video will ever do it justice; you HAVE to see this live to get the full impact.

  • the intro song its called la nouba and the rest its called once upon a time

  • I really liked the guy in red, he was awesome

  • does anybody know that name of this music they are playing with this clip? i've been dying to know

  • ESPECTACULAR .. !

  • I wish I had one of those glowing wheel things...

  • They are not normally glowing.

They are quite simple actually, steal piping and wood, either with straps for the feet or slip-ins.

The problem part is using them, iv been practicing using these for about 3 years and it is not something you can just pick up and do.

  • i Saw This Live In Disney World's Downtown Disney... Its So Amazing && Unbelievable.. i Absolutly Loved It, Its Definetaly Worth The Watch =]

  • i can't wait to see this for myself. looks like to be wonderful. i missed it on TV :(

  • this was on last night on bravo. it started at 9:00 and went on till 11:00. its a shame though that you missed it! :(

  • the letter box is crooked

  • Oh I love this show. I just saw it live a few days ago. I was amazed. I'm still in awe. ^^ The beginning... that one trumpet filling up the whole place with sound... And that was just a taste of the whole show. La Nouba is brilliance.

  • why?

  • Because I recorded this off my TV...

  • how could you hate something so magnificent?

  • aint u a SKANK

  • i loved la nouba it's amazing !!!!loved the music too!!!i want to see it again!!

  • ah! i just saw this the other day! i had front row center! it was so amazing. then again, cirque always is. ^-^ i love this part. when they were both on the same wheel and were rolling straight toward me, one of the guys winked at me, so yeah, that was pretty cool. lol

  • I dont think we are worthy to see what this strong amazing acrobats can do and the music is amazing. I had center stage fifth row seats and it was amazing... if you ever get a chance see IT!!!!! I personally believe and have had arguments with my brother that this is all a gathering of worlds and the baldy and red guys are leaders of worlds in a war leading up to the climax the battle on the trampolines but they learn they can be together and the white guys

  • OMG my dad went to see 'O' and i went to see Varekai, Alegria, Corteo, and Delirium (i hated that one cuz there was no acrobatic stuff only singing)

  • nothing matches this when its live I SSEAR. This was amazing live. I was in the booth it was soooo awesome.

  • I agree. La Nouba is great period, but it's indescribeable live. It's probably best to see it that way, because there's always so much going on onstage that the cameras just don't catch. All in all, though, Cirque du Soleil rocks.

  • lov cirque du soleil!!!

i used to do gym.. i use to do some of that stuff!!!!

    sniff...

  • God, I love La Nouba!!!! I saw it in Orlando just a few days ago and bought the dvd straight away. That trumpet player is amazing.

  • God, there is NOTHING like the opening act of this show in person. I <3 La Nouba to bits. :D

  • Mystere' - of all of them, its the most different, I think...the music is wonderful, the Fiddle/Violinst (now in Verakai i think) was incredible...the act's were great...

  • ha. krystian has been playing the role of the titan for 8 years now! he was made for the role, but his mouth is probably screaming pain.

  • GOD I h8 la nouba's overlighting during filming...sometimes Isabeau looks like a big white light..but i love to see him! why destroy such a graceful thing with a flood of lighting?

  • ...Apologies, but the first 2 act's I had my camera settings a little out of wack - I promise it's fixed in the rest of the preformance.

As soon as I upgrade to a director account, I'll upload the rest of the preformance - Sorry to dissapoint you.

  • o no need for apologies...it's Cirque's fault beacuse usually when they film a show, they use too much lighting so It's not your camera's fault =]

  • Ah, no worries then n_n

  • They use that much lighting in every show. just because they are filming it in this one doesn't mean that can adjust lighting because it is still a regular performance and the people pay to see the best.

  • well in La Nouba, there isn't usually THAT much lighting...i noticed that you are a performer..you're so lucky...

  • Oh Em Gee! Someone from Cirque has responded to my upload O.O! My Life is that much more complete now! ^,^

I can't get enough, cept for Corteo - I have my doubts about seeing that one.

La Nouba just blows me over with its music, and I love the Singers (I forget their names) - I got to see the Original Preformance of Mystere' and that's wut did it for me. I realy miss the Escargo T_T

  • Corteo was not the best show. Saltimbanco retires this December in Brazil. And will be replaced by a new one next year. La Nouba was good. I've done 3 acts in that show. The singers it seems are always changing for that show. New ones every year. Is Mystere the only show you have seen live?

  • no, I seen Mystere' 'O', Varekai, Quidam, and Alegria...

But I have the others recorded on TV or on DVD - as well as those...

  • ah. I have also played in all of those but I haven't been in Zumanity, Corteo, or KÀ. What is your favourite show?

  • I agree! Isabeau is one of my favorite countertenor singers of CdS! They should of weakened the lighting during filming, more to a lighting range like the Corteo DVD.
