10 sizes down! FREAKIN' EXCELLENT! good for you. I too have been bouncing between 218 and 220. it sucks! i personally need to GET MY BODY MOVING and seriously exercise. I also scheduled my 1st fill. I am anxious to see what it does for me. Sounds like it is time for you to have a yard sale or make a trip to goodwill and DUMP those clothes that are TOO BIG! congrats your success. take car.

Seems like a lot of people get stuck at this weight, I wonder why? So frustrating! I have been exercising alot more this week so lets see if it pays off at weigh in

congrats girl... ive lost one size also in jeans and from blouses went from a 3x to a 1x. you should totaly go on a spree and shop for up to date clothers and treat yourself congtrats again

Hey hun! I am so happy for you! Im in the exact position as you right now. I been hovering around 213-17 for a few weeks now, and am in a 16 for the first time in god knows how long so. I'm extremely excited for you. Just a little frustrated that the scale hasnt moved for a while... It's probably common to get stuck around this weight I would think because its kind of where you go from being like... real fat to the beginnings of looking like the average person... I dont know, just a thought.
