You're right, guys like this should be taken off the production line because they obviously don't value their job. Someone pays a lot of money for one of these cars to find that it has an intermittent electrical fault because some fool has abused the components during assembly. Result is customer dissatisfaction, (& maybe costs) and negative impact on the manufacturer's reliability & quality reputation.
