I like how everyone is in GREAT shape in thailand gyms. Here in America, everyone is fat because they don't take muay thai seriously...they drink beer every night and go to parties. The only guys who aren't fat here are the guys who do steriods and they usually only last 1 min before they get tired. I wish I can go to Thailand and train someday or some place where they take Muay Thai seriously.

@UnemployedBlackGuy I dunno what your talking about every man in my gym is in amazing shape and out of 23 good guys 2 are doping, Sityodtong Boston is very real place to train. However I agree with going to Thailand best MT camps and great people, oh ya and hottest girls in the world IMO.

@mytyflyguy Here in the USA gyms, no one's ab muscles show. No one has a "muay thai body". Everyone here looks like a bodybuilder or advocates the Fedor Emeinanko diet or something.

All the so called Muay Thai gyms are just MMA gyms, started by poser fighters who try to exploit the ignorance of gullible people. The trainers are never Thai. They are always white dudes with tons of tattoos who talk about how they won multiple world titles, yet none of their credentials show up on any data base.

@UnemployedBlackGuy 1. what the fuck do you mean by MT body, everyone is built differently. hmmmmm could it be because the thai are of different race, and have a complete eastern diet. while Americans are born naturally bigger.

2. every guy that takes it for real at the gym im at, has ab muscles, you dont train super hard at this sport whilst on diet and not get abs.

3. team sityodong is legit MT, mma fighters drop by and a bjj class is even held. the class is of mixed race and gender.

@UnemployedBlackGuy however if one chooses to train MT only he/she would not be a poser and i think if you waltzed in their calling the fighters or even the casual guys posers you'd be given a shot at a sparring sesh and probably get picked to pieces and hurt pretty bad. I hate to act like an ass but when you say no one here is legit you are simply talking out of you'r ass.

I'm trying to find Paw Pramuk Gym on Google Earth, can't seem to ifnd the exact spot though... I know it's in Chachoensao, and seeing as the gym is on a riverbank, that must be the Bangpakong River. Maybe it's very small...

i had my son kicking and punching,before he could walk so hes got good technique but it was his power that inpressed mr Pramuk...at 16 his kick is not far off Buakaws.

Paw Pramuk gym is not available to anyone for training,there are a couple of adults that have been there since they were 12 and young prospects like my son who is 16.
